Speaking of poison/bleed, I had a thought -- normally, weapons with innate bleed are great Occult picks because their AR and bleed is raised by arcane. But in theory, innate bleed weapons also make great Poison weapons, as even though they have AR equal to a Bleed infusion, the arcane is helping two statuses instead of one.
I ain't sayin' this makes poison strong, but there's a few weapons like Flamberge, Militia Saw, or Venomous Fangs where the dual status makes it make sense.

For anyone who hates the chariots: Swap to something with raptors of the mists. It makes them fun. Minimal fp for the AoW so you can pretty much avoid them indefinitely and easily, and you can use them to control the pace of the invasion. Much fun, very much recommend.

@ChaseTheBro, great video. Id recommend doing a part two focusing on the poison mist ash of war. The poison is so strong you can actually put it on a blood infusion and get double build up on a single weapon. Combine that with weapons that combo into the poison mist roll catch. Or have enough poise to trade and you can get both the rot/blood talismans to proc together. Bringing your AR upwards of 1100 on colossal swords or 900 on great swords and halberds. Crouch poke of a colossal sword into any of the mist ash of wars is a true combo. Get a little bit of bleed build up before the combo and it’s a true combo into bleed proc.
Chase in normal invasions: Just having a good time, gives opponents opportunities to heal and tries out all his combos.
Chase when he is being ignored by host: Hunts you down like the dog you are and beats you to death.
All I want is a hand-cam of Chase when he's doing those lightspeed menu swaps while always moving. I can't even fathom how that's possible on a ps5 controller.

Chase you should do more cosplay videos but maybe characters from animes or something. I know the fashion is difficult but lately I've been running a slader (seven deadly sins) cosplay build with Marais and it's probably the most fun I've had in elden ring so far.

Arcane/faith has access to buffs and heals. I can get 600+ AR on fists with the rot,/blood/prosthetic/winged talismans. And with the arcane/Faith you have access to all incantations with the dragon seal. Its more versatile than most builds.
St Trina’s torch builds are bloody toxic
ultimate aids is the fingerprint shield + ant spur rapier with poison/rot build up and have a extra ant spur rapier with bleed or frost /rot build up for pressure, shield talisman and turtle talisman pluss what ever you like that fits your play style.
Havent seen anyone really showcase a int/fth incantation invasion, please chase!

hey apparently you can dodge the chariots with raptors of the mist, i saw it on tik tok but haven't tested it myself. so if you invade a hero's grave with a chariot it might be good to have a caestus or something with it that you can swap to. just tested it, it works super well, even if you start the ash super late.
Chase can you try to land a Carian Grandeur wakeup? Or just that ash in general? I’m curious to see how you make it work
I never really used the claymore until I seen your vids, now I end up using it over banished and knight great swords most of the time. A little less damage but the pokes make up for it. lol
St. Trinas, sleep pots, and repeating xbow with sleep bolts, BUT its actually just a MADNESS caster arcane build, you wake up with the one shot madness grab.

i really enjoy using a Banished Knights Greatsword using double slash with bleed affinity. it messes people in the colosseum up
I found bleed weaps with poison mist was most effective. Mushroom crown + kindred of rot + blood exultation. Id usually proc poison first, get the buff, do beast damahe and sometimes get a final bleed proc to finnish them off or a ghost proc to get me triple buffed

The 20% damage boost from getting poison proc on peeps is well worth having the Kindred of rot talismen. Especially with the twinblade heli-whirlwind of death.

Poisonous mist on a bleed infused weapon lets you get both buildups on the same weapon !

Interesting to see the dude blocking two-handed at 14:29. I think it's a shame this isn't used more since it was so prevalent in the trailers, but besides a 1-time surprise, there's only a few two-handers that actually have the guard boost to block well. Since 2-handing increases guard boost by 10%, there's some rare picks like Serpent Hunter, Nightrider Glaive, and Brick Hammer that have the guard and speed to sometimes pull it off, but it's still niche, and anything weaker than those is just impractical.
Colossals usually have more block, but they have the slowest retaliation speed, otherwise the Giant Crusher, GUGS, or Maliketh's would be decent picks.
Curved greatswords aren’t a bad pick. The Dismounter or Omen Cleaver’s retaliation comes out pretty quick, and with the greatshield talisman (and enough stamina) you probably won’t get broken against lighter weapons.
It’s just not quite good enough to be a focus of a pvp build.

Just yesterday in the arena I blocked Maliketh Colossal Sword with my Bloodhoundfang, and actually was able to retaliate. It was pretty hilarious, and probably only worked because I always run high stamina builds.
I wonder what the most optimal setup is to get the most out of that bloody slash roll catch.
It might be a coincidence, but I swear you get out the sleep grenades every time someone pulls the torch on you in a previous video.

Roar buffs boosts status build up 3x on Colossal weapons 2x on everything else

idk if you know, guess you do, but bleed weapons infused with bleed affinity (flamberge, scavenger's, etc) gain bonus bleed damage (+100). doesnt matter too much for PvE, but for PvE it's another 5-10% of enemie's HP
