    Having Parkinson´s disease, I started using near infrared laser by SYMBYX about 2 years ago, 3 times per week. In a few weeks, I got rid of constipation and my sleep and energy level have improved, overall a better quality of life. As an unexpected observation, also my fasting sugar levels have gone down from a close-to-prediabetic level around 6 mmol/l to normal level, now typically ranging from 4.5 to 5.5 mmol/l. I am pleased to see that this anecdotal observation now is backed by strong scientific evidence.

    For the past two months, I've been using a red light therapy device from Future Form Official for 20 minutes daily, targeting my face, neck, and upper chest. At first, I aimed to improve my skin tone, and the results have been amazing. My skin is now more radiant and youthful-looking. Despite my age, I've always been complimented on my skin, and this therapy has enhanced it even further. The experience is incredibly soothing, and I wholeheartedly recommend red light therapy for skin improvement.

    Good one, man. I admire the super narrowly focused researchers and they’re essential. However, they’re limited because of the various aspects they know little about thus, they cannot put the pieces together and fully grasp the whole story. Several years ago I had a professional interest in mitochondrial dysfunction in neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, ALS, etc. This interest started much earlier when i was only 16 after learning about classic mitochondrial disorders such as MELAS, Kearns-Sayre, Leigh syndrome, etc., and the wide range of debilitating effects. There's so much to explore. As a newer subscriber I wonder if you've discussed the research and findings of Dr Gabor Somlyai given the mitochondria connection to depleted deuterium water.

    I had trouble seeing and got migraines in Office Buildings and University until I started using pink lenses and found such relief. Is something like this in your research?
    I sit outside everyday as much as possible, and I bought full spectrum led lights because I can't afford the power it takes to incandescent. The lights were more expensive but I save so much power.

    I find this information the beginning of the future as sunlight has always made me feel significantly better all my life and I have never understood it. To the point sunlight feels like nutrition as my appetite and my stomach problems (IBD UC ) regulate so I have less daily nausea and I feel like the heat makes a difference to my stomach too. As I age particularly with this condition that is active for 10 years that I can’t get into remission. Sun light within days does make me feel really much better and I love swimming in open air swimming pools but I have noticed being in a river has very immediate improvements for me. As I am allergic to conventional medicine for my condition I am very sure sunlight water and heat need to be my daily future for me to not get more complications from an auto immune disease. This video I think is immensely important and I am sharing with my adult children. Thank you for sharing this information. ❤

    Working in my diabetic office makes me sad. I didn't throw away the incandescent bulbs yet. I knew they were handy. They were for the turtle and chicken homes. Now they are back in my eye. Thanks. Red light definitely works. If you have sore feet, or dry feet. They make them feel better or sweat more. I confirm that with one 20 min session, generic amazon pad. Sun makes you stink/hormone smell more. You sweat more, very easy to compare. Then sitting under a tree is just blowing my mind. WHUT did you say. Thanks guys. Love you, almost more than Dr Lustig and his campaign to better health. He's working to get the junk out of the diet. You guys are getting the junk out of my eyes. The concept this past year is to do things metabolically broken ones don't. I was there with them 2 years ago. Never again. It is incorrect to describe all LED lighting as devoid of red light. I was so for the first LED lighting but today any combination of frequencies can be achieved. It is more about the decision not to go the cheapest lighting solution. I use LED grow lights to which blue and red LEDs have been added to provided specific frequencies required for growth and blooms.

    I have been taking a few milligrams of C60 dissolved in olive oil for several years now. Every year my vision improved in agreement with the experience of many others. What I was not prepared for was my color vision improvement. I was loosing partial color vision at night in my seventies, and I was not able to distinguish yellow traffic signs from white ones but after a few years on C60 my night color vision completely recovered. I believe that C60 improves the working of the mitochondria via strong antioxidant action.
    By the way, I noticed that just about all the useful health related information on C60 disappeared from the Internet. Hm.

    According to Jack Kruse the red IR light influences the shape of the eyeball . It explained a situation I observed personally. I broke my eyeglasses which were adaptive for Sun light( turned to sunglasses thus filtered out full spectrum).I spent 4 days a week ( 15 hours a day) outside for over 3 months. When I went for my exam to get new glasses my prescription ( which had been the same for more than 30 years) decreased by almost 45% in one eye snd 35% in the other.I am 65 years old.

    • @Dreamopticsredlightglasses
      @Dreamopticsredlightglasses 17 วันที่ผ่านมา

      No as long as it's low power. For example 670 nanometre red light for 3 minutes at 8 milliwatts per cm squared (which is very low power) this is safe. The lamps and panels which are more powerful you should sit 3 feet away from. If a manufacturer advises you to wear / provides goggles then wear them. If a red light source seems bright to your eyes then don't look at it or wear goggles. This is obviously general advice. Consult your optician, do your online research.

We bengedcwatch, “Downton Abbey” late into the night. So our eureka moment was the lowers 10:35 stress levels lowered her blood sugar
    It makes sense that red light therapy would do the same thing because it also relaxes you, just like sitting in front of a fire or laying on the beach all day, you get relaxed and even tired,

    Fascinating. Personally I have had COVID twice and both times I sat in the sun as that seems to work when I have had a cold. And both times I only had a mild illness. Not bad for a 66 year old. As a general question when is the best time to get the red light in the morning? Day break when the sky is the pinkist or actual sunrise or anytime early in the morning ?

      I’ll answer. It is recommended that we get our red light therapy within three hours of waking up in the morning. Ten minuites is mentioned, but three min. is adequate.

    Thank you gents……. Fascinating and very actionable. i am wondering about this in connection with saunas. Some advocate for the traditional sauna citing the increased air temperature in the Finnish sauna. I suspect there is confirmation bias in that view. I am wondering how one could experiment to provide useful data on the matter. Sadly, I don’t see the incentive from centralised medicine to act on this or do useful further work

    I have secondary Progressive MS, I just bought some incandescent (presumably a tungsten filament)red light bulbs. It may be, I suppose, not significant, but I’ve had this lamp on in my room for about two days and my movement, mental & bodily functions already seem better and I can see an apparent slight reduction of the redness speckles on my knees (maybe caused by my mitochondria). It’s too quick to say yet, but I was diagnosed over 13 years ago , so I feel it might be more than coincidental?

    The assertion that mitochondria can metabolise only glucose is incorrect; they can also metabolise fatty acids and ketones. Certain cell types, most notably red blood cells, lack mitocjomdria and it is for this reason that we need a certain blood plasma glucose concentration. But humans have no need whatsoever for *dietary* carbohydrate as the source of blood glucose because the liver (and I believe also the kidneys and intestines) can produce glucose from amino acids and/or fatty acids.

    • @OIOnaut
      @OIOnaut 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Good point. Other reasons could be that the porphyrin holding onto the nitric caged iron makes blood ferroelectric and thus it becomes magnetised by quantised energy in 670nm+ and is able to sustain a weak potential difference to provide a sorce for direct current moving blood. It is a beautiful complex system.
      Any protein attached to glucose in excess will weaken this field dampening bloods magnetic signals.
      Add False Doping phenomenon and it will weaken the plasma flow in capillaries. The heart does not have the strenght to do the work on itself but the plasma can. Embryo studies can confirm this.
      As JKr points out, We truly seem to be or indeed are quantum electric biosystems.
      My view originates from my work on optoelectric materials research. What fun it is to see all this coming together from all sides opposing greed and hubris of mankind. Yet once again humanity is gaining momentum.
      Have a bright day.
