    GLP1s are just one of our tools in our tool boxes. We still have to do so many other things besides taking the injection. As @debp3810 said there are so many uneducated people talking about GLP1s. This is what cheating on GLP1s looks like: we eat more whole foods, we eat less processed foods, we exercise with more strength training & less cardio to keep muscle loss to a minimum, we eat mindfully, we maximize proteins first even when we are not very hungry, we drink lots more water even when we don't want it, we work hard to change our mindset about food and quantities of food so we don't overeat or undereat, we are mindful of the side effects-- just in case, and some even do calories tracking and meal prepping. Yeah, I can really see a lot of cheating because there is nothing to it! I don't know where the idea started that you take the injection and just sit around and wait for the weight to fall off while apparently eating the exact way you did before (saw a YT video like that & person was wondering why they weren't losing any weight). Wish there was a delete button and all the silly remarks and uneducated comments could be deleted!

    Good point. I saw a study that says over half quit in the first 12 weeks without any significant results. It's a wonderful tool, but it's still work and only a few succeed with it in the long run. As you've shown as a successful example it requires ramping up the fitness, creating a healthy diet, dealing with fatigue and side effects sometimes. I never understood the cheating idea, is taking an aspirin cheating a headache? Why is this tool somehow labeled cheating. oh well, people can think what they want, the drug still has massive shortages, I think most people in need aren't going to be swayed by 'cheating' rhetoric. I started cycling in December, but my weight wasn't moving. So only started sema 9 weeks ago, now my weight has gone down and I'm quite pleased, but it's been a lot of work, really feeling the fatigue. Worth it though, cycling fitness is up, blood pressure is down.

      Yeah, I don’t get the cheating narrative. Jealousy?
      Why are people so invested in what others are putting in their bodies? There was a saying, “what I eat don’t make you 💩.”

    OK, so I'm going to acknowledge that there's some snark in my comment before I make. Here goes... when people say to me, isn't taking that shot cheating. I look them straight in the eyes and answer yes it is and if they are a bit chunky I add ...and you should try it. I'm tired of these uninformed people giving me their uneducated opinions. 😂😂😂
