sick build bro! honestly you have a lot of really dope information, you should do a build and a follow along with it. like start with something factory or stock and every time you do something to it break it into individual videos and show the step by step. no one else has really done any videos that I've seen to the extent that you've built your bike those videos would be super popular!
Can you make another video about porting the valve area? Possibly draw something out or get a spare head to show? Just getting into all this and there is SOOO much to learn! Another thing that's throwing me off is the fuel pump on a carb. Seems like only a few people do that

Hey man just watched your video on your 78mph mini bike I actually saw that video didn't know it was you lol been watching some of your videos as far as that cat saying you don't do the work on your bikes your dad does don't mind him I've been building and rebuilding car and dirtbike engines for over 20 years you got your shit togeather keep doing what your doing you have it figured out I have a quiting I have a motovox a roper and can't remember other one motovox has predator hemi other 2 have non hemi they only probably do about 25 to 30 but have alot of torqe I know they all have 72 rear sprockets not sure of front what setup would I need to hit 50 and still have enough torqe to take off also all have 6 in h wheels thanks man
What is your opinion on muffler or no muffler I have a stage 2 kit installed straight 3 stage header pipe govenor removed don't want to loose up but sounds better with muffler thank you awesome builds very informative. Gman Tucson Az.

Thanks bud. My catch cam is hooked from the valve cover (drilled 2 holes for 2 fittings and jb welded around them) black lines going to the catch can from valve cover and 2 red lines from crankcase you valve cover. Sold my old bike for 1600
LoL! I'm 46 and I love building these things with my son. Ya I get some laughs from guys at work to but we love mini's. Fabricating parts and trying new ideas we think of is awesome and I've watched my boy turn into a great wrench slinger. Its a great hobby and we're hooked too.

I don’t understand how builders use a 28 mm carb when they should stay under the intake valve. With a stock head from a predator to 12 I’d like to stay at 24 mm PWK or anything that’s 24 mm. And with the right jets with good tuning, your bike will definitely go a lot faster than with the 28 mm. If you have a big valve then yes go with a 28 mm.
I need some help I have a problem for every two revolutions my flywheel seems to get a bit stuck and the exhaust side rocker does too and it snaps back hard. What can I do to fix it

No you don't but in terms of drag racing those clutches will lose against a disc clutch

You need a front brake if you are doing them kind of speeds. Also clutch cover.

Please get a gx200 or tillotson cast, putting that much power and money into a predator is just not worth it.

I don’t understand how builders use a 28 mm carb when they should stay under the intake valve. With a stock head from a predator to 12 I’d like to stay at 24 mm PWK or anything that’s 24 mm. And with the right jets with good tuning, your bike will definitely go a lot faster than with the 28 mm. If you have a big valve then yes go with a 28 mm.
Is that 1/8 of an inch iron thickness and did you weld it all the way around
