They have been great help. I have now ordered an 2watt signal amplifier. And directional antenna. So i hope i can fly fpv long range. Very long rang:-) Do you know about an signal amplifier for the controller signal? Ore can i use the wifi signal amplifier? I did not find one that was not wifi ore 3g..
tykenminator I'm sorry, but I don't know much about long range fpv. I have freinds that do it, but I know very little about the frequencies and transmitter setups that they use. I do know that they use some sort of uhf directional antennas, but that is all. Sorry.
Okey. I found out. Took some hours of staring into the screen before i got it. But i have now ordered. 2watts amplifier and directional antenna. 2 watt should almost help me get to the moon if i wanted. Just have the right antenna.
Hi! So to change out the antenna, do you have to replace the module that the antenna is attached to. I don't understand why un screw the 2 screws on the module when you say to disconnect the antenna wire from the module? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
You don't need to replace the module, but you have to remove the module in order to get to the antenna connection. If you looking at replacing your antenna it's pretty simple, and the instructions that come with the antenna are pretty straight forward and simple of follow. Just make sure you don't pinch that wire that I show in the video when putting the transmitter back together.
I seen another video and just shows just pull straight up on the snap connection without pulling anything else off. One screw and a snap antenna connector and it is off.. Thanks anyway!
I HAVE A NEW BARELY USED dx8 TX AND MY aNTENNA BROKE SAME PLACE THAN GET IT BACK IN I USED IT A FEW TIMES THAN I CAN NOT GET IT TO BIND TO MY AR8000RX OR ANY RX! ONCE IN A WHILE I WILL GET IT TO BIND THAN LOSE BIND DO YOU THINK THAT IS THE BINDING PROBLM? AND DID YOU HAVE A BINDING ISSUE WHEN ANTENNA BROKE? I MAY HAVE 45MINUTES MAX FLYING ON IT AND IT WAS NEVER DROPPED OR ANYTHING SO I WOULD THINK IT HAS TO BE THE ANTENNA,PLAS EMAIL M AT davidringler40@yaahoo.com Thank you in advance for any or all help!
