@Richard how about experimenting to see whether shorter exercise routines like this one are more likely to stick rather than long ones (30 min)? I suspect you may find that to be the case - it takes a lot of discipline to follow along a 30 min video and I wonder how many do the long routines regularly more than couple of times.
The longer workout videos around 30-40 minutes are actually more popular. I've had some comments of people that have done them 3-4 x a week for over a year and still doing it which is phenomenal!
