    @Richard how about experimenting to see whether shorter exercise routines like this one are more likely to stick rather than long ones (30 min)? I suspect you may find that to be the case - it takes a lot of discipline to follow along a 30 min video and I wonder how many do the long routines regularly more than couple of times.

      The longer workout videos around 30-40 minutes are actually more popular. I've had some comments of people that have done them 3-4 x a week for over a year and still doing it which is phenomenal!

      @@ExerciseForHealth You may want to do a poll of your users to see how many prefer - and do longer workouts, vs those who prefer shorter ones - so that you can have a mix of both.

      A lot of the videos in my playlist may be OK. It's difficult to advise someone what would be best not knowing their exact health condition/s and how it affects them, so I hope you can understand that it's impossible for me to offer individual advice on this platform, only general advice.

      All of my workouts are relevant, but depending on your fitness/ ability/ health will depend on which you choose.
