- Are you tired of rolling your ankles when you're walking? Do you have foot drop or weakness and instability in your ankles?
You are in the right place because today we are going to guide you through a steadypace® ankle eversion - a very powerful exercise that will help you strengthen the anterior tibialis.
By performing this exercise 2-3 times per week you will add strength and have better control over your foot so you can walk without rolling or spraining them!
All you're going to need to perform this exercise is a chair, a towel, or a band, and your best effort.

Advice: wear a sock on your affected foot. I tried to do this exercise barefoot on the floor. Didn't go too far. I think a sock would help with sliding. Just remember to take it off when u get up.

I lost 100% of my ankle stability, after I got my drop foot from a TBI. Luckily I have drastically improved, but I’m still stuck a little with a drop foot. I can push down as much as possible, but can only lift it an inch and a half. But my big toe, or hallox, I can’t lift off the floor at all
