    This guess would be great at poker 30 seconds in. Gonna need some check valves on those ball valves to prevent cross contaminated of SH or Water. You get SH in that water tank then now all that water is SH.
    But yeah that's pretty much my 12v soft wash manifold. I used sch 80 threaded fittings and pipes. I have a valve for water, sh, surfactant and aux.
    My 12v wand i made the same way but i can quick connect wands lengts 12",24",48" just like his or use my adapter and connect tips straight to the gun with no wand.

    • @MannyAguilarJr
      @MannyAguilarJr ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@LanceSheppard it could but not likely. Direct drive pumps have 1/3 the vaccum of belt/gear drive pumps so it's best to place a 12v in between buffer tank and pressure washer that is greater than the pressure washer gpm.

    • @LanceSheppard
      @LanceSheppard ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @MannyAguilarJr that is what I was planning with the 12v. I have a ewd4042 with a 420cc predator and it won't pull water lol

  • @NoName-be5ir
    @NoName-be5ir ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Your down stream setup is the air hose to the wand with the j tips, the hose connects to the bleach 5 gpm pump that powered from the deep cycle battery. From that one hose runs to your two valves. One valve pulls water and other pulls your SH. All that just to apply your SH or you drop your pvc into what chemicals your needing? Correct.
    And is your pressure washer also plumbed to your IBC tote?
    Setting mine up and I like this. Can I get the info on the wand and the bleach pump. Thanks!!

    Hey Billy I just got a used PL3500 because of you. It leaks around the base of the inlet valve while running. Does it need a new seal or is that valve messed up? I tried to remove the valve but didn’t want to break something, it’s on there beyond tight. I could flip it over and it wouldn’t break free. I don’t have a vise big enough for the machine lol.

      That’s what I was thinking. I’m starting out with a small set up too but I have a 96 Ford ranger and my house cost less than that jeep. Not knocking his setup though because he might not want to scale up. He probably has a very good full time job with great benefits and this is just a side hustle that he enjoys. I’ll hope be hitting the ground running early next year and I’ll be doing just that. It’ll be a side hustle for awhile but I’ll allow the business to grow itself and see what happens. In the beginning I’ll definitely be keeping my full time job with benefits. Might find a good young man that wants a part time job to train and employ so I can get more work done.

    That Jeep Gladiator transmission won’t last long. It will be the first thing to fail. Big 37 tires , plus pulling a not that heavy trailer but heavy to a Jeep Gladiator with a weak transmission and weak V6. I promise you that Jeep Gladiator is struggling to pull itself around with those 37s and now pulling a trailer.
    All your profit will be spent putting in or rebuilding the transmission.
    Don’t get me wrong Jeep Gladiator is a good looking truck I like em a lot but it’s definitely out of its element.
    I don’t see how you can monitor the SH with no check valves. Check valves allow for a consistent flow plus prevent back flow.
    Best of luck to ya.

      @@todd2987 your V6 must be better than my neighbors 2021 Jeep Gladiator. He pulls a bass boat and complains all the time about trading it in cause it struggles to pull the 18 ft bass boat at highway speeds. Does ok around town but constantly searching for the right gear on the highway.
      I pull my wash trailer with a Chevy 2500HD . Very similar set up as yours except I run one Pentair metering valve with check valve and no valve on my water side.
      I have never run a surfactant valve , don’t need it. Run Flexilla hose like you do . Run a Delvan 7 GPM pump. Shoot 35 ft up no problem. Do 40-60 houses a year part time.
      System works great. I feel sorry for these guys that get snake bit and spend 10k-20k on new rigs and alot are up for sale 6 months down the road. Way to much hype in the PW business. Got to have this or you can’t do it … what BS. Keep it simple and you will make money and not go into debt.

    You left out.....
    Business insurance (several grand a year). Using your personal vehicle for business means that goes up too, if you don't and stick with just regular car insurance they won't cover your accident, the trailer is also an extra cost to cover the equipment in it.
    Advertising can easily factor in several thousand...
    If you are not a sole proprietor and you have an employee.... yikes the workman's comp will be up there.
    Not trying not to burst people's bubbles but the rig is the cheap part....
    New people need to understand all costs involved, because it is going to take commitment and a lot of work to keep the doors open....

      I feel ya on this. I am one month into my LLC, Still building my trailer got cards and yard signs made and most everything purchased equipment wise..... All while hoping that the close to 17k I have invested to this point will pay itself off the first year. It seems that there are some very cheap ways to be able to go out and call yourself a professional, but unfortunately I can not work from day to day on a rigged up system that I wouldn't know from day to day if it was going to work correctly. I am too meticulous about things and the quality of the workmanship. I just hope my blind leap pays off.
