Couldn’t afford a skid this year, but with all the content on your videos i just welded my own. Had my first 1200 job last week, most i ever made since i started. These channels have tons of free info if you just watch them and learn.
Hands Down The Gods Of Softwash! Been Following Along With You And The Core 4. Cant Imagine What Else You Guys Come Up With Next. Id Love To See Ah Wash Ready Van Set Up, Bc I Know You Guys Could Cram Everything You'd Ever Need In It! God Bless And Thanks For All Yall Do!
Wow I'm so proud of your journey man! From the good ole days of watching your tutorials of you and your Dad, to your tutorials on the sidewalk comparison of when you pre-treat, do, and post treat differences...you were what piqued my interest in this field! Y'all have done so well and it's one of the most amazing come-up stories I'm able to witness. God Bless, I can't even keep up sometimes, just last year I thought you had reached your zenith and now look at that amazing enclosed and New Super Mini! They're absolute beasts, and I can't wait til the day I buy one of my own! Keep pushing the limits man! I'll be here along for the journey.
Hey Coty, was thinking about for your next skunkworks project having a blue gun variable spray that works with a pressure washer and the 24v pumps. Basically a southeast softwash varible wash gun. Would be perfect for downstreaming. Theres a ton of guys that try to modify the red/blue guns to downstream, only rated for 150psi. Having an all-in-one gun that eliminates the jrod for both systems would be killer. Im going to be buying the super 8 pump that thing is going to be 🔥
Love the layout, only thing I’d say would be nice is to put a fuel fill neck on the side of the trailer like a toy hauler so you don’t have to drop the gate to fill up
Awesome that I saw you guys lay down the epoxy floor last week while I attended boot camp! Cool to see my open trailer build in the video I am picking up soon. Great work!😊
Awesome build!! Quality!! I like the idea of the plumbing underneath the trailer to really clean up the inside. I love the water tank setup! That is my biggest complaint with my enclosed trailer setup, is the giant water tank in the way! I really like the idea of a concession door on the side. They make side-by-side trailers with them now, but the door isn’t on the curbside, which would be more ideal for a soft wash. washing, set up. I think a fill neck for the gas tank would be awesome too because that’s a big pain in the butt with my trailer. I have to pull up to the gas pump perfectly in order for the hose to reach through the service door so I don’t have to flip down the back door all the time. Again, Love the build! It’s cool to see how others build their rigs as I’m always looking for new ideas to be more more efficient.
Coty - Great stuff. You are the current GOAT at building PW rigs. Your presentations are excellent too, and have improved. Many thanks for your wisdom & inspiration. I've been power washing for many years and I'm always learning. Might be talking to you soon about a SESW rig. I'm in PA so I thinking the shipping costs might be unfavorable. I'm also looking at All Clean out of Virginia, based on a recommendation from Austin Davis. I'm leaning towards you but the shipping/delivery is a factor. Cheers.
Beautiful rig and setup. I call that the Mercedes of setups for sure. Seems like the pressure washers dream to own something like that. Can only imagine the price tag on that thing though 😅
Price is very high but with some practice you can build your own, won't be as pretty or have the fabricated metal but still works. I'm building out my new 6x12 trailer this spring following similar layout
Damn it!!!! That is awesome!!! One thing I would do is run an exhaust pipe over to the wall 90 up and out the roof like a big rig or something. Would help a lot with the fumes and noise in my opinion???
One suggestion is run screws through the manifold plate that will go into the actual tube frame . You can see it on the roof . Just follow it down . It goes to the floor as you know . The problem with just going through the wood is it will fall off in about a year lol If you hit a stud or two it’s solid . That is heavy af so it’s risky without going into a stud. Perhaps you did and I missed it ?
Nice build, Haven’t seen anything nicer or it’s equal on TH-cam!! Can you do this with a smaller trailer or does it have to be that size due to the weight maybe like a 6 x 10?
Super clean enclosed brother. No way I could have left out the V nose cabinets either. LOL I would have also added a 5.5 for redundancy. I am all about the 2 is 1 principle. But everyone has a budget. Can totally understand that. One day I am bringing you an 11 ft flatbed Super Duty and you will be dying to build it LOL. Joe Deery inspired. Haha Keep it coming y'all.
How about setting it up to charge off the truck while you drive instead of plugin in over night Also... put a potty in the front of the v nose... instead of having a crew find a bush... j.s....

Not a bad idea!!
@@southeastsoftwash4020 That way you can take the blue/red guns off your website and have your own gun that works with any system 🔥🔥

We might do that in the future
Also working on a raising concession style door for side wall reel access
@@southeastsoftwash4020when might y'all do this? I'm looking to purchase one of these pretty soon

Yep. I finally found the company I need for my business needs

That is a absolutely awesome looking rig !!!
Holy absolute 💩💩💩! That is by far the best enclosed layout I’ve ever seen. You guys continue to set the standard. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Love that enclosed trailer Coty. Love to see what it looks like underneath to.
That enclosed build is 🔥🔥!
Always nice to see top quality builds
Beautiful build Coty. You’ve done it again!
Glad you like it!

Best part about this layout is not needing the extra 5ft on a busy street to drop rear ramp just to pull Hoses.
Awesome enclosed. I still have my eye on the Super Mini. Do you have any of those build and ready to go with a super 8 ? Thank you
@@northjerseykevin409 no, but the turn around time is just a few weeks on those

Impressive as hell
Turned out slick!
Don't forget the fire extinguisher. JIK
Looks great!
Do you have heated water?
Nice and clean
Look up here!!!
Don’t look down ma’am!
What size is this trailer
How much extra is that nose cabinet
Whats the price tag on this
Excellent
Sprinter van all the way in my area.
What's the cost for that model?
Is there an option for a 8gpm on the super mini?
Naw
would you please sell me a blank manifold shelf, both my smart blend units with SESW pumps on it will make my enclosed trailer build perfect !
@@nicholashutson8985 I’ll have them available in a couple weeks on the website
Very nice
You got muted. Gotta keep it real though. That’s a sweet build.
Damn!!!!
I dont have a power wash business , I like to watch these videos. Is this like a 100 thousand dollar trailer? Just curious...lol Great job though.
Naw, bout 40k
You still can’t roll on a blowout with tandem axels. The blowout will still drop to the ground.
Would you rather have a blowout with a single axle or tandem axle?

BINGO

Your can't piss in an open trailer !!
You ain’t wrong 😂
