It’s the best and most thought out build I’ve ever seen the only thing that could be added to increase the insanity would be two Farley 1 million BTU burners
I would like to know where do you get those guns that you use and the lances for pressure washing I have not seen those Lance's anywhere however I have not been really looking for them either 😊
I've watched a lot of setup videos and never seen anything better than this trailer. Shout out from Raytown! Great job and I hope you kill it this season.
When I saw those flood light bars I thought "That's WAY too much light, he'll be blinded every time he turns them on" but then I saw your strip lights under the framing, so you don't have to depend on them for every situation. This build demonstrates the income potential this industry has. Nice work.
Love the build! For the extended oil drain lines on your rig. I would put a in line ball valve as close to were the drain line comes from the machine as you can, to stop the new oil from having to fill up the lines before it fills your pump. And when you want to drain it, just cut the ball valve on and let it flow out. Awesome job 👏 👍
This is by far the nicest, most well thought out rig I’ve ever seen in my life. Geez I wish I had the knowledge to build that myself or the money to have you build it for me lol very nice man!
This Is Easily One Of The Best Rigs On The Platform, (In Terms Of Attention To Detail, No Cut Corners, Capabilities & Efficiency) The Last Rig Was Insane To Be Fair. I Can Tell You Put Lots Of Thought Into The Upgrades Through Unfiltered Experience For Maximum Efficiency 🔥💯 The Double Burner 10GPM Pressure Washers Plus The AR-45, Is Hard To Beat! 😮💨 Quick Question Boss, Might Seem A Bit Redundant But I Have To Ask. Not Including An Asphalt Shingle Roof, Just About Everything Else. What Will Get You Better Results? Cold Water & Chemicals or Hot Water & No Chemicals? (Steam) Depending On The Situation Like An Oil Stain, Hot Water & Chemicals Would Be Ideal. You Get The Gist. Thank You In Advance! ♥️🇨🇦
Hi I just seen your video of the trailer. incredible, I done power WASHING in Dublin Ireland I just had a Honda gx390 with an inter pump 202 20liters PM 200bar I also have a hotbox water heater it water to 140°C it was good looking at your video I recon that trailer and equipment would cost $40,000. good look Fran Walsh
Thanks for the detailed information. The best video I have found that ties everything together. I am taking over my son’s trailer set up and this gave me some great ideas to tie everything I want to add and tie it all together. Just an amazing video so 🙏 👏🏽 👏🏽👏🏽
Ditto the almost 300 exemplary compliments Kenny! Curious how much you loved it the past 3 years and if you are still running it or did you do updated builds since; not that it needed it but bc that’s what we do, lol
This is a phenomenal setup! You DEFINITELY need to make more videos. Your trailer is neat, clean, and extremely professional looking. I can tell you have great attention to detail and are very conscientious! Do you offer business coaching??
Cool video I've got a similar rig no where as neat mines a 20 ft trailer and I swear I have no where the room. I like that flooring my trailers 10 years old bout to replace bleach eats it up.
This is most detailed rig and video I have ever seen. Even your explanation of it all was flawless. Why not go aluminum? Cost was obviously not an issue. Awesome….I guess $32,500!
Amazing set up. jaw dropping lol. I plan to just be starting up soon, hope to one day have something like this years down the road. Thanks for this video!
Beautiful trailer! What's your sqft production rate per hour with both units siamesed? And can you do a detailed video on how you siamesed them with the mounted block.
This rig is sick man congrats on the build. Wanted to see if you could share some links to that big water filter for the water in as well for the lights strips & bars?
I am curious why with how much effort and love you put into this trailer you didn't combine the fuel tanks for easier fill ups? Did you not think of that or is it not worth the effort curious?
Dustin, FANTASTIC build!! I’m new to all of this and have a few questions: Did you need to do any welding and or cutting metal for this build? What vehicle is towing this beauty? And can you please share the cost total, without the vehicle price? Thank you kindly and again AWESOME work man!!
I give it up to you that is one of the best trailer builds I have ever seen man each piece u spoke on I was blown away what is the update on the shut off for degreaser soap and acid have you ran into any problems and once again great video an awesome rig.
restricted too much flow going from valve to valve. I also changed the check valve on the soap from a 1 lb cracking 1 inch valve to a 1/2 inch 1/3lb cracking pressure check valve and it pulls much better. I have replaced the 3 ways with single 1/4 quick connects so i can just connect the soap into whatever quick connect i feel like which is much easier imo and lets me draw water through the valve if i dont want soap but still want SH. Here is the link to how it looks now. shorturl.at/dpRXY

Since this video, they have came out with manifold blocks for 1/4”. Will you be upgrading to those or is your setup still working great? If you have changed it, can you do an updated video or picture of the setup now?
I just subscribed today because I love your attention to detail. My guess is that the equipment was $38k but your time building it was $10k so your total all in is $48k.
I did. Thanks :) I take my time and build plans for a rig for a month or two before I actually start building it, I think of everything and every scenario I’d run into with all the equipment and situations to make it work best for me
Maybe I missed it but are all his connections steel? won't that rust rather quick by frequent business use? Why not Brass? Can Brass not handle high P.S.I or something? And aside from cost why not an aluminum trailer? Would Aluminum not handle the weight?
708 hydro meter, how does that work with city? Do you hook that up to hydrant?1333 liquid electrical tape. 2420 coat drawers with flexseal or tool box liner. Great setup but no heat? Total invested? Nice rig id put a flat fiberglass roof on it.
Very impressive rig brother, i love your attention to detail on everything... very user friendly and such a clean look!!! I was wondering if you would share with me where you get your stainless quick disconnects for your hoses and lances??? and also did you make those 1/2" lance poles or they available for sale somewhere?? I love the look and the slide handle on them... Thank you!!
This is absolutely THE most insane trailer I’ve ever seen.
Thank
You
Quick question! Any way you’d be able to direct me to where I can find that house water filter?
It’s the best and most thought out build I’ve ever seen the only thing that could be added to increase the insanity would be two Farley 1 million BTU burners
Wait till we post our new one!
I would like to know where do you get those guns that you use and the lances for pressure washing I have not seen those Lance's anywhere however I have not been really looking for them either 😊
This is the cleanest build I’ve seen yet. Amazing attention to details and no corners cut. Also satisfies my OCD. Great job!
Thanks!
I've watched a lot of setup videos and never seen anything better than this trailer. Shout out from Raytown! Great job and I hope you kill it this season.
Thanks!
You have some $$$$$ wrapped up in this trailer. Awesome setup! The envy of every pressure washing business
Omg... I love how OCD you are about the details! So satisfying to see every single detail in it's finest!
Tell me you've got your shit together without telling me you've got your shit together! Probably the best rig I've seen! ❤️💯💪🏽
When I saw those flood light bars I thought "That's WAY too much light, he'll be blinded every time he turns them on" but then I saw your strip lights under the framing, so you don't have to depend on them for every situation.

Amazing walk through every possible question answered before it has been asked. Your trailer has broken all competition records, very nice work!
This is by far the nicest, most well thought out rig I’ve ever seen in my life. Geez I wish I had the knowledge to build that myself or the money to have you build it for me lol very nice man!
Thank you. I love building I just don’t have the space for it
I am this particular in my own profession and appreciate seeing others as detailed in theirs. AWESOME. SPEECHLESS REALLY.
Nice set up. I've been washing for 22 I like to just keep things simple. less maintenance less headaches. Very nice set up.
That Rig Is Outstanding. Best build yet. Night pictures of truck & trailer light on would be a great video too.
Thanks for the idea!

Thank You In Advance! ♥️🇨🇦
Awesome trailer, This reflects how professional your work is, congratulations and go ahead.
SWEET RIG!!!!! I'm going to guess about 50k because you did it yourself, but if a company did it 80k+.
Wash on!!!!
Very impressive!!! And having built one similar last year I am going to say around $40,000
close!
Just absolutely beautiful, well thought out. Goals…..
I love the attention to detail. There was so much thought and experience used to make this rig. Thanks for all of the good information.
You bet!
I never saw anything like it ,excellent
This trailer is awesome. I can't wait till you get your first job!
Only thing I'd add is heat wrapping to the exhaust to help with heat
Hi I just seen your video of the trailer.

Nice walk around.. Thank you.
Great looking trailer and very well thought out. Congratulations I know you are very proud and should be.
Ditto the almost 300 exemplary compliments Kenny! Curious how much you loved it the past 3 years and if you are still running it or did you do updated builds since; not that it needed it but bc that’s what we do, lol
Best rig hands down. Truly immaculate and awe-inspiring. Be my PSG!

Just WOW! That is a sick trailer my man. Great job
Cool video I've got a similar rig no where as neat mines a 20 ft trailer and I swear I have no where the room. I like that flooring my trailers 10 years old bout to replace bleach eats it up.

I do love building, I just don’t have the room for it.
The attention to detail is amazing. This is inspiring. Thank you for the video!
Light bars! Hell yeah!!
Love it man! Can you make a video or talk about the driveway brightening with groundskeeper?
Possibly!
I want to cry it’s that amazing.
this trailer is badass
One word…Damn! Nice trailer
Good afternoon!! I’m interested in seeing your dump valve setup on the drivers side of the tank. I couldn’t see it very well on the video. Thank you!!
This is most detailed rig and video I have ever seen. Even your explanation of it all was flawless. Why not go aluminum? Cost was obviously not an issue. Awesome….I guess $32,500!
Best build video I've ever seen. Inspirational! Rock on! You just gained a subscriber!
I haven’t measured actually but an average 1000 sq/ft driveway takes 15 minutes including setup, Wash, and pack back up
This rig is sick man congrats on the build. Wanted to see if you could share some links to that big water filter for the water in as well for the lights strips & bars?
Awesome Rig
What a freaking RIG!🫡🫡
Very very awesome
Absolutely flawless rig brother great job I love the channel and content🤙🏽🔥💯
I am curious why with how much effort and love you put into this trailer you didn't combine the fuel tanks for easier fill ups? Did you not think of that or is it not worth the effort curious?
Beautiful set up

Sick build
My Hannay reels arrived today. I got what you got. That EP6030 reel is HUGE! Thanks for sharing your build.

Tractor Supply 20-1/2 in. x 8-7/8 in. Steel Wheel Well Truck Box with 5 Drawers, 5M Double Row 600LEDs SMD 5050 LED Flexible Strip Lighting DC 12V 12 Volt Cold Cool White Dimmable Light Waterproof Outdoor Use

Love to hear an update on this build any upgrades regret or wish you did this or that?
Only thing is that the rig is tight so Maintence can be challenging at times but zero regrets
Amazing
Very nice setup! But i am definitely not fitting in there! lol
Great video where did you purchase D 15 ball valve
There are a few suppliers, but Texas pressure washing store, pressure, washer, products, just search DN15 on google.
I just subscribed today because I love your attention to detail. My guess is that the equipment was $38k but your time building it was $10k so your total all in is $48k.
What kind of fish light do you have that's a great idea
Generic fish light on Amazon
I’m building mine this is an absolute behemoth compared to mine wow
Love your rig and great video. Where did you get the Hydro Max units?
Only BCE Systems in Georgia makes HydroMax.
That’s literally the most impressive trailer I’ve ever seen. did you build that? Kudos to you if you did
I did. Thanks :) I take my time and build plans for a rig for a month or two before I actually start building it, I think of everything and every scenario I’d run into with all the equipment and situations to make it work best for me
Bro, what a great set up. You have everything we all want. Just would need to find out, how much is something like that?
Can we say OVERKILL😅 Me I use the KISS rig ! 🤣 LMAO 😂🤣😭
Maybe I missed it but are all his connections steel? won't that rust rather quick by frequent business use? Why not Brass? Can Brass not handle high P.S.I or something? And aside from cost why not an aluminum trailer? Would Aluminum not handle the weight?
Beast mode
708 hydro meter, how does that work with city? Do you hook that up to hydrant?1333 liquid electrical tape. 2420 coat drawers with flexseal or tool box liner. Great setup but no heat? Total invested? Nice rig id put a flat fiberglass roof on it.
Nice set up, not sure just siameseing two pumps give you twice the gpm unless you double the pipe size on the outlet.
Awesome build, do you know how much it weighs? The entire trailer set up weight?
Got to be the most detailed rig I ever see, thanks for sharing Justin, wild guess $70,000?
Maybe if I added a 2 more hot machines on there if I had the room. Just short of 50 all together
very nice
Thanks
Love it
How do you start it and work on the engines. They are so close together.
Can you please share the model name and or where you got this trailer from? Thank you
This is a masterpiece of mechanical engineering. You missed your calling.
When will you start selling these.
Thank you!!
PWMall.com
That rig is extremely impressive! Probably $50k.
Spot on
50 K was your cost to build it. Holy cow can only imagine what somebody would sell it for.
@@rayf268 once used , it would sell for 50-90% of its original value depending on its condition and age
@@summitwashpros546 one of the rig builders would probably add $10 or $20,000 For the assembly.
It's really hard to have to due my first budget build after seeing this. I mean really tough.
