I read from other comments about possible, grommets damage, rubber seal damage at the rear lights or rear wiper and also the antenna seal too. in my case, i bought a car which was unused for around 1 year and it was left outside all the time.

Yeah ppl saying its the vents... but the vents arent meant to be closed up as they are there for pressure when closing the doors.

How did you get trim off?
I had water coming in my insignia, turned out was the hole behind the back light, poor design
