How to Fillet and Prepare Yellowtail

Caught a nice yellowtail at the Coronado Island but did not get to do much filming due to the rough conditions and slow fishing. Hopefully we can post some bangers soon.

By the tuna pens...slow troll sardines. Surface irons worked but less effective....didn’t have to chase schools, they just hung out all day in the same area. Some barracuda and really big bonito mixed in!
