    What I love is that she really works herself, she's obviously out of breath, tired, hating some of it and showing it. Like the rest of us. It doesn't look so fake that I'm put off, she's so motivating!

    If I workout with anyone else on TH-cam I feel like I'm betraying you guys lol ! You guys are amazing and one of the reasons I love exercise now !! 50 pounds down and you guys motivate me & make working out such a positive experience for me . Not working out seems weird now !! Love ya both xo

      I have a video on my channel, if you look in the description box of my weight loss video you'll see what I ate on a typical day . I just eat good whole food , fruits , veggies , whole grains , low fat cheese, almond & coconut milk. Just real good food in reasonable portions ! Rarely anything artificial.

      i found you via youtube-suggestions on the sidebar while i was desperatly looking for some good abs-workout ;)
      that was about 3 years ago - now i don't find myself looking for an abs-workout 'to lose belly fat' that often anymore, because you've taught me that strenght training is way more efficient at both losing bodyfat and toning the abs :)
      but i've got a question:
      i got some heavier dumbbells as a christmas gift (been working out with these since december 26 last year) so now i usually lift 7,5kg (16,5lbs) to 10kg (22lbs) per hand, before i only owned two 2,5kg (5,5lbs) dumbbells. i did many 50min+ workouts with these new dumbbells and I LOVE IT! but I recognized that since about two weeks or so, i'm constantly hungry and my meals don't last for as long as i'm used to (i normally have 3 meals every 6 hours). is this because of the increased weight/intensity? did the heavier strenght training speend my metabolism up? i already lost about 3,4 pounds and i'm now at a weight i just want to keep while toning up (i'm 5'6 and 60kg/132lbs) and to be honest i kinda struggle with eating enough or more than i'm used to now that my body apparently needs more energy/refeeding. since christmas is not that far away i find myself reaching towards left over chocolate more often than i should - how can i eat more/give my body enough energy while staying healthy and lean?
      i'd very much appreciate your opinion on this, you're the ones i trust when it comes to my fitness :)

Back then I knew about your channel and I found it boring bc there was no Music and everything was White etc.. BUT six months ago I tried your workouts once again and this time I fell in LOVEEEE

      Just eat clean, replace bad carbs with good and drink 1-2 litres of water. And carry on with this workout, you should see great results

    Don't be fooled...this little workout packs quite the punch! I had felt a tad guilty because I had a longer session planned for tonight but I was just so utterly exhausted from work I decided to just do this shortie of routine instead and let me tell you... I definitely got my workout complete! I was huffing and puffing and felt like I had just survived bootcamp (and I do level 4 & 5 workouts regularly) I did a cool down and stretch for busy people and boom... a fantastic, through workout under 25 mins. Truly...more is not always better and it's always good to remind yourself that sometimes. Thanks FB for helping me build effective but healthy & sustainable fitness habits.

    I think this is the first HIIT I've ever completed with you guys. I could only do about 15 minutes of your 'easy' cardio a couple of month ago. My head is throbbing but I think it's my brain having a party for me. "GO JACOB" haha. Thanks so much to you Kelli and Daniel.

    Kelly is so cool and this channel is awesome. I'm a guy that is Mugsy Bogues size and was 157. Needless to say, I was pretty chunky. Through these HIIT workouts and circuit training with dumbbells, I lost like 22 pounds.

    wow 6 years, I found you guys 5 years ago, when i was pregnant with my son and I knew I wanted to get fit after having him. i just used to watch them and not actually do them lol. But now I am proud to say i have been actually consistently working out with you guys for almost 4 years now!! I have been recently doing more of your strength and weight training workouts because im focusing on strength and building muscle mass, instead of just doing cardio and trying to lose weight, and i have seen such a great improvement in my strength and I am toning up!

    Man oh man!! I DID NOT feel like working out today..its Monday, I'm tired, bloated, and worked 13hr shifts all wknd.. but I knew I SHOULD do a workout.. so after browsing FB videos I settled for this 17 min workout because I just could not commit to 30 mins or more with how lazy I was feeling... but omg I am a sweaty mess!!!! I know I'll most likely be sore tmrw! And now I feel accomplished and ready to do my other chores and tasks for today. Thanks Kelli!

    Thank you for always adding the low impact modifications. With two herniated discs in my back it makes all the difference. FB are the only videos I found that consistently provide these modifications.

    Hi Guys! Your workouts are helping me so so much! I am 45 with 3 kids, always been athletic but have not pushed myself as much as I did before kids, so a decade of getting less exercise than it optimal for sure! I am from Florida where I could always get out and exercise outdoors, and now that I am in Wash. DC I take advantage of your workouts on chilly, wet inhospitable days!!
    One question, I find the white background screen you use to be really hard on my eyes...could there be a less bright alternative that still looks cool and serves the purpose? I liked it a lot when I found a video with Kelli working out in a regular room...that worked better for the old peepers! Thanks! Aimee

    After I had my 11 pound son 8 months ago I needed to get back in shape. I found you guys on TH-cam an have been at it for 6 months now and lost 65 pounds!     My goodness, my Guinness! Wanted to burn a few more calories after an upper body/abs workout. The rounds of applause and kick out/jump squats were pretty rough. This routine definitely finished me off, but went by so fast that there was no time to give up!

    loved this workout. Would have been better if the beeps were louder. I found myself working through the rest breaks as I didnt hear the beep and because of the move I couldnt watch the screen. Guess it made it harder but still awesome.

    Thank you for the low impact modifications. I have arthritis in my spine so I cannot workout like I used to. Now I have to workout using low impact gentle movements, I just wished all of your workouts had modifications. But I still adore u both 👍

    I have a question! So I'm currently trying to get back in shape. I'm an 18 years old male, 6"0 - 230 pounds.
    I go to the gym 4 times a week to lift weights & do muscle training. I want to start doing cardio first thing in the morning, but I was wondering if it was better for me to do these types of training just like this one in the video, or if it was better for me to run at a high intensity for 30 mins, or walk at a lower intensity for an hour? Thank you so much.

      +Pat B I can only speak from experience and say that doing all types of cardio interchangeably is best for me. I love to run (because its fun to go fast, its efficient, and easy to do most places) but I force myself to do other things too (biking, elliptical, HITT, stair stepper, etc). Otherwise I wind up with some sort of injury from just running all the time. I say I run 70% of the time when I'm doing a strictly cardio workout and the other 30% of my cardio workouts are those other things I mentioned.

    thank you both for kicking Santa's butt this week. I've doing doing your cardio/hit videos all week mixing and matching short and longer ones. Curious .... do you film in a green-screen setting? Or is it really all white? (I piddle around with green screen effects with my channel, but no where as polished as your studio.)

    Will try this next Wednesday. Why do I keep planning for 50 minutes new workouts? For some reason I have the idea in my mind that the new weekly workouts were going to be 50 minutes, but I'll have to render to the evidence that it is not the case. You guys rock!

      +Ariadna Setentaytres We did all long videos for January but now we'll go back to anywhere from 10-80 minutes, depending on the training type and what you guys are asking for! We get a lot of requests for longer workouts but in honesty, almost as many for our short workouts (especially from people with crazy schedules) so we do our best to keep everyone happy by providing a mix :)
