I love your workouts. I'm in my 60s and on bp and cholesterol meds. I have an active lifestyle but find it harder to lose weight now than when I was younger. However I have lost a couple of pounds since working out with your videos. Thanks 🙏 ❤

Another great workout. I found this channel several months ago and love the huge variety of low impact workouts. And strength training - at age 64, my arm muscles are stronger than they have ever been. Videos hardly ever get interrupted by commercials. Thanks for all you do!

Just finished working out with you Aug 1st. What a great workout. After completing July with you, I thought this was going to be easy. Not so. I was sweating and feeling great, besides being short. Loved it.
Wow. I just completed this new one. The 30/20/10 breakdown is such a great way to gradually build fitness. I can handle short bursts of the jog/fast walk quite well. Side body for me is always effective and I love narrow/wide squats included in my workouts. I avoid lunges owing to compromised knees but can always sub these moves. Thank you for the variety ❤❤
WOW! Great music for a high energy workout - made me want to pick up the pace at all points. Loved the lunge, squat, side leg raises for inner thigh and hip flexors. And quite a few new exercises. I'm ready to tackle the day. Thank you.

Nice ending to August! I did the entire calendar and never missed one day! Yahoo! Some days, I even added strength training or an outdoor 4-mile walk. I didn't seem to lose weight, but I feel stronger and like I've accomplished something! Time to celebrate! I can't wait to see next month's calendar!
I loved this class today. It was a perfect balance of fast and slow. Your classes are the best. I wouldn't try anyone else. I enjoy every one of them. I try to do them 4 times a week and then take a few days off but I also walk outside every day, summer or winter here in Ottawa Canada. Today it is -13 but -21 with the windchill, but sunny so I will bundle up for this afternoon walk.

OMG I did it - I had to modify a bit on lunges and squats, but I didn't NOT do anything, and I'm so happy! I'll be doing this one again - lots! I've done some of your other videos and thought I'd just push myself to try this one and I'm so glad I did. :)
Today I exercised with you while walking (and kicking and leg lifting etc) through a Cotswold village by watching “Out and About Walking”on You Tube. Sometimes I forgot to keep my eye on you and missed your changes in moves, but I still got a good workout and listened to birdsong instead of music. It went by really fast. Variety is the spice of life! :)
A couple of weeks ago I decided I had to exercise with you more often and more regularly. Today I noticed a big difference in my energy level and staying power. AND I have been feeling better and more energetic all day long the last week or so. THA K YOU!

Fantastic fat burning exercises for the morning aerobic routine. Strength training later this afternoon a couple of hours after eating a high protein lunch to power the muscles.

I absolutely love this for 2 reasons..the music is seriously great. Makes you want to move. 2 you work as hard as you want to. I.pushed myself today because I feel like getting stronger for summer clothes etc. So its ideal to do before strength, which is where I'm heading now to do the upper body 3 sets one❤❤❤❤
This was a good work out for me. I might even say it was fun. Ha ha I’m going to add it as one of my favorites. The temperature is in the high 90s today in Burbank Southern California. But this workout will be good to do again when the weather is a bit cooler. ❄️☃️❄️
Jules this went by so fast. You had me sweating like a pig but I enjoyed it. It's amazing how you plan the exercises and you have an ear for music to keep us moving fast and we don't regret it. Thank you for your time and effort in creating each video . Where do you get all your energy from , good genes. Awesome, compact, effective energy burner and energy CREATOR! When we feel lousy, we tend to want to avoid moving our bodies; the brain tells us in sly whispers that it's okay to NOT do anything, because you feel... lousy. Well, get that body MOVING. That in itself creates energy, happiness, and opens up the blood vessels, the endocrine system and so much more. Besides, ponder this.. having a lousy, low-energy day? Give this (or one of Jules' other videos) a try. Better to end up tired and sleeping much better that night than tending to your yukky feeling (which, BTW, is real, have no doubt about it) and not sleeping well that night. My opinion , of course. Best of all, as soon as I feel that sly whisper during a workout, all I have to do -- all we have to do -- is look at Jules... that radiant smile will show up in the EXACT right moment for you! Thanks so much for your work here in YT. Love that you have a selection of no-talking videos as well as the normal talk-you-through ones. Both have merit, just depends on the mood and where one's head is at on any given day.

Two thumbs up at the end...indeed. Good thing for all these interval trainings and cardio sessions! Yesterday, I was "Auntie Cuz, Queen of Fun" for my grand-cousins, ages 3 and 2! Funny...they don't yet quite understand the value of the "cool down"...preferring to keep it at perpetual high-interval-intensity! And kudos for all this tricep training...picking up, and then putting down, wriggling, wigglingly, and giggingly wee-folk takes muscle!!!

Nice ending to August! I did the entire calendar and never missed one day! Yahoo! Some days, I even added strength training or an outdoor 4-mile walk. I didn't seem to lose weight, but I feel stronger and like I've accomplished something! Time to celebrate! I can't wait to see next month's calendar!

I loved this class today. It was a perfect balance of fast and slow. Your classes are the best. I wouldn't try anyone else. I enjoy every one of them. I try to do them 4 times a week and then take a few days off but I also walk outside every day, summer or winter here in Ottawa Canada. Today it is -13 but -21 with the windchill, but sunny so I will bundle up for this afternoon walk.

I love how you don't rush the stretching at the end! So many TH-cam trainers either rush it or skip it altogether.

@@ImprovedHealth I am of senior age and need to build more muscles and do more cardio! These videos hit the spot. Getting stronger every day! Fractured my tibia under knee (car wreck) back in Dec 2022. Leg was weak now it's getting stronger! Woo Hoo!

OMG I did it - I had to modify a bit on lunges and squats, but I didn't NOT do anything, and I'm so happy! I'll be doing this one again - lots! I've done some of your other videos and thought I'd just push myself to try this one and I'm so glad I did. :)

Today I exercised with you while walking (and kicking and leg lifting etc) through a Cotswold village by watching “Out and About Walking”on You Tube. Sometimes I forgot to keep my eye on you and missed your changes in moves, but I still got a good workout and listened to birdsong instead of music. It went by really fast. Variety is the spice of life! :)

I'm a few Mondays behind lol that was fantastic. Much needed after a good few weeks of Tenerife sunshine and cocktails after our daughters wedding. I felt strong today so I bumped up the cardio with above shoulder arm lifts during most of the intervals. Felt GOOD...sweaty, but GOOD...

Fantastic fat burning exercises for the morning aerobic routine. Strength training later this afternoon a couple of hours after eating a high protein lunch to power the muscles.
I love that you've got strength training in the plan...and strangely enough, I was just thinking 30 min ago about how I think a lot of people likely don't eat enough protein. Glad to read that you are:)

I absolutely love this for 2 reasons..the music is seriously great. Makes you want to move. 2 you work as hard as you want to. I.pushed myself today because I feel like getting stronger for summer clothes etc. So its ideal to do before strength, which is where I'm heading now to do the upper body 3 sets one❤❤❤❤

This was a good work out for me. I might even say it was fun. Ha ha I’m going to add it as one of my favorites. The temperature is in the high 90s today in Burbank Southern California. But this workout will be good to do again when the weather is a bit cooler.

Jules this went by so fast. You had me sweating like a pig but I enjoyed it. It's amazing how you plan the exercises and you have an ear for music to keep us moving fast and we don't regret it. Thank you for your time and effort in creating each video . Where do you get all your energy from , good genes. Love your smiles to keep our attention on the goal we want to accomplish for the moment. You should be proud of yourself in the great physique and svelt shape you have. Jules my Mom's family was from 3 Rivers in Canada and she always made a Gorton spread with Ground Pork and cinnamon, cloves and all spice . We ate it cold on bread as a sandwich. Do you know if this is made where you are from ? It was fun hanging out with you and making me feel better each and every day. Have a great day tommorrow and enjoy life.

Awesome, compact, effective energy burner and energy CREATOR! When we feel lousy, we tend to want to avoid moving our bodies; the brain tells us in sly whispers that it's okay to NOT do anything, because you feel... lousy. Well, get that body MOVING. That in itself creates energy, happiness, and opens up the blood vessels, the endocrine system and so much more. Besides, ponder this.. having a lousy, low-energy day? Give this (or one of Jules' other videos) a try. Better to end up tired and sleeping much better that night than tending to your yukky feeling (which, BTW, is real, have no doubt about it) and not sleeping well that night. My opinion , of course.
Best of all, as soon as I feel that sly whisper during a workout, all I have to do -- all we have to do -- is look at Jules... that radiant smile will show up in the EXACT right moment for you!
Thanks so much for your work here in YT. Love that you have a selection of no-talking videos as well as the normal talk-you-through ones. Both have merit, just depends on the mood and where one's head is at on any given day.

Two thumbs up at the end...indeed. Good thing for all these interval trainings and cardio sessions! Yesterday, I was "Auntie Cuz, Queen of Fun" for my grand-cousins, ages 3 and 2! Funny...they don't yet quite understand the value of the "cool down"...preferring to keep it at perpetual high-interval-intensity! And kudos for all this tricep training...picking up, and then putting down, wriggling, wigglingly, and giggingly wee-folk takes muscle!!!
Aww, sounds like you had a super fun time with the kids. Those ages are so fun to hang out with (if they aren't whining and crying!). I'm glad you enjoyed the work for the triceps...I'm always trying to fit more in when I can:)
