Everyone started noticing it! They would say daaaaaaang when did that happen lol! My jeans fit better and I'm way more curvy. This does wonders. Throw in about 3 sets of 8 sqauts at the end with some dumb bells if you really wanna feel it! ;-)
wow, i really wasnt sure if this was gonna work, but i just finished my first workout about 10 mins ago and when i try to walk i cant feel my legs or ass!! didnt look like much until i started doing it, cant wait to see the results!

You can do it every other day. Muscles need to rest too, because when you let it rest after the work out,then you're giving it time to repair itself and actually grow 😊

i have been doing this for three weeks everyday and my butt is bigger, and the back of my legs from the butt to the knee are more defined and the cellulite has gone. i can wear shorts now and not worry about droppy butt or legs from the back.

Abby Adames YES! I did that and my legs+butt are so trained now..they look nice B| and believe me ..i had fat on my legs :)) But you need also a healthy diet.
i've done this for about a month now , but i saw results only after 2 weeks = toned thighs and my ass looks bigger (not kidding) . 5 times per week , and nothing during the week end. The first weeks i used to prevent the post-workout pain by taking pain relief.
Its all about dedicating yourself to your target of improvement... If that mean repetative workouts then thats what it takes. The question is how bad do you want it..
As said in this video, this is a basic level 1 workout, it sure helps a lot, but would rather do an more intense-longer workout. But good for begginners!

Hi xmienekex, Considering the fact that I just started 4 days ago, yes there has! I do this exercise along with some squats too because I know those are butt burners as well. The differences I saw was that it kinda lifted my buttocks up and is shaping it to be slightly rounder. It does make my thighs and glutes feel def sore, but I think it's worth doing the exercises once a day. Just make sure you're eating healthy and diet well! :) I have to keep doing this for 2 months before my vegas trip ;)

I actually like p4p better than other workout videos. Something about having an automated voice is so much more soothing than having a real person.

Oh and you can use resistance band with the bridging.. place the bands on your knees and go ahead with it.
