    This really actually works! Im serious. I have been doing this for nearly 2 months, 4 days per week! The results were tight and toned in a nice and slightly bigger way. I TOTALLY recommend people doing this! Really i do!

    I actually like p4p better than other workout videos. Something about having an automated voice is so much more soothing than having a real person.

    omg I've been doing this exercise for two weeks and I can see my butt getting more rounded and firm and larder hips and tights which makes my waist look thinner!

    I did the entire workout just as demonstrated and thought what's the big deal? And then the next morning, when I got out of bed, I thought wtf? My butt and back of the legs were completely on fire. I could barely walk to the kitchen! :)
    I've gotten through four workouts now and definitely notice a difference in shape and firmness. Nice to run across something that really works. Looking forward to the beach!

    Butt excercise for me really works,it really tone your muscles on the butt! Glad i did all the butt enhancement execrcise since i was young ,now im 50 and still doing it!

    Worked out this for a month and it really changed my butt. And now after 4 years and postpartum changed, I am starting to excersice again with this one! Hope to see the result soon 👌🏻💪🏻

    The lenght of time works perfect and all the excercises are doable! I'm going to do this 2x a Day Every Day from now own :)! Thanks for this video! By the way the voice helps to concentrate and do the excercises on a steady speed as you dont have to count, plus It also motivates :)

      Rontina Schmidt I'm so happy with my results, my butt is so much rounder now and it's lifted up alot, it also is bigger because I use ankle weights. The more u do them the more results u will see. 🙂

    Hi if you start these exercises here is what I can tell you :
    I do this + squats, it's been now 2 weeks and I see a suttle difference :)
    The first time you do it it's going to be hard, i had pain for 1 week haha but I was dumb i did not stretch so DON'T FORGET TO STRETCH before and after and then you'll never feel any pain

    It works wonders for butts, thighs and it tones my abs too, yet so easy. bye bye squats lol, with squats my lower back hurts like hell for days

    This is my favorite one (I've done about 20 of your ab workouts). Not too long, not too short. Sweet and to the point. Burned the whole time ❤❤❤

    I did this every other day for a month and my butt got larger AND rounder :-). I was 36 1/2 inches around, and after the month I was 38 inches around. I'm starting back up to gain more. Everyone started noticing it! They would say daaaaaaang when did that happen lol! My jeans fit better and I'm way more curvy. This does wonders. Throw in about 3 sets of 8 sqauts at the end with some dumb bells if you really wanna feel it! ;-)

    wow, i really wasnt sure if this was gonna work, but i just finished my first workout about 10 mins ago and when i try to walk i cant feel my legs or ass!! didnt look like much until i started doing it, cant wait to see the results!

    I love the feeling after I'm done. I can feel the burn. I've done this 2 times already and I love it! I don't really see that much results though cuz I need to do it more often.

    I've done that bridge so much it doesn't feel like anything anymore so what I started doing is the bridge with one leg raised.

    Needing your advice: How often can we do this routine? Should it be done only on legs days or this routine done regularly every day gives better results?
    Also, once you body gets used to this routine which uses your body weight, how to make it more challenging? Should the resisitance bands be used in that case?

      You can do it every other day. Muscles need to rest too, because when you let it rest after the work out,then you're giving it time to repair itself and actually grow 😊

      Oh and you can use resistance band with the bridging.. place the bands on your knees and go ahead with it.

    Just did this right now, only takes 15 minutes at home on the floor, and my buns are definitely feeling the BURN! can't wait to see how it feels the next morning, and will see how long I can keep up with this great exercise :) haha

    i have been doing this for three weeks everyday and my butt is bigger, and the back of my legs from the butt to the knee are more defined and the cellulite has gone. i can wear shorts now and not worry about droppy butt or legs from the back.

      Abby Adames YES! I did that and my legs+butt are so trained now..they look nice B| and believe me ..i had fat on my legs :))
      But you need also a healthy diet.

    i've done this for about a month now , but i saw results only after 2 weeks = toned thighs and my ass looks bigger (not kidding) . 5 times per week , and nothing during the week end. The first weeks i used to prevent the post-workout pain by taking pain relief.

    Its all about dedicating yourself to your target of improvement... If that mean repetative workouts then thats what it takes. The question is how bad do you want it..

    As said in this video, this is a basic level 1 workout, it sure helps a lot, but would rather do an more intense-longer workout. But good for begginners!

    Considering the fact that I just started 4 days ago, yes there has! I do this exercise along with some squats too because I know those are butt burners as well. The differences I saw was that it kinda lifted my buttocks up and is shaping it to be slightly rounder. It does make my thighs and glutes feel def sore, but I think it's worth doing the exercises once a day. Just make sure you're eating healthy and diet well! :) I have to keep doing this for 2 months before my vegas trip ;)

    I usually do other exercises with the 1-2-1-2 for the lunges because I'm not feeling much except for a pain in my knees!

      i feel like my thighs are dying , i did this after 100 squats :( , not a good decision .
