I’m trying to lean out to around 185lb, maintain that for a few months, then do one LAST bulk to put in as much muscle as possible, then back down to 190lb. I wanna also work on flexibility and endurance.

So I made the beef and broccoli using 8 different sauces... The reason for 8 is simple. Testing how complex. I think the ginger is as far as it should ever go.
