Tamilnattile sthiram recipe aanu ithu. Very tasty dish! You should also look into karnataka sagu that they pair with poori , and kumbakonam / Thanjavur kadapa , Tirunelveli sodhi…… these are all first cousins in taste and texture, looks and preparation! Try them and love them! Good effort Sree!
