Hi,small tip.For any basmati rice, The technique for grains become very long is,you have to steer the rice continuously for 2 or 3 minutes before boiling stage. Watch the video closely when rice is being steered.
If you continuously stir for 2 or 3 minutes, you will break the rice.

@@rizwanakkilakkil2371 as shown in the vedio marinate it an hour prior to cooking keep the rice layers as follows
1) uncooked rice just soked in water next layer
2) 30% cooked and next layer 50% cooked rice add some water in onions fried oil put it on top of this layred rice den cover the lid as shown with flour keep it for dumm for 45 mints
