Green Papaya Paste= 3 tbsp
Nutmeg= 1/2
Black Cardamom= 2

I am from Hyderabad, I have grown up watching chefs making Biryani at different functions and at my home too. Hyderabadi Biryani ke gosht men lime zaroor dala jata hai, dum dete waqt doodh bhi dala jata hai. Rest of the process is just right, the way we prepare.
