Yup real Hyderabadi dum biryani, viewers pls don't look for faults like no gloves no hygiene bla bla , a real desi food is like this only, which is made with love and passion ( reminds u we Hyderabadi don't use gloves in home 😏 )

I have lived in Kolkata for almost 6 years and then 1 year in hyderabad. I can say that hyderabadi biryani is way much better than that aaloo biryani of kolkata
Best Biryani making process. For lesser no of family member you can make it in a pressure cooker but I don't think that's going to be matching with this. Here you have complete mutton marination. I really love it. Lot of effort been put by all the participants. Really mouth watering dish ! Keep it up !
I belong to the chef profession, Appreciate for putting a good amount of efforts in executing the product and apparently the visibility is o.k, But may I pls ask u why KASOORI METHI ( Fenugreek leaves) Malai, Rose petals and Cream has to be added in the marination? And of course If u could pls try to exempt Saffron in the meat as well I understand every one has their own kind of ingredients and the method of preparation, Certainly i guess the taste would be o.k. But real Kache Gosh Hyderabadi biryani doesn't has the above mentioned one's In the meat. With great respect is it pls possible to modify the Recipe.

More than 400 year old recipe??? Just amazing for me. Now this food is relished by the people of the World. Just guage its popularity. It leaves me spellbound. And this great cooks are just just people with super cooking skills.
Very nice recipe. But I always wonder the mutton time to cook is different than the rice so how it’s possible to cook both together at the same time. Thanks 🙏
The high flame initially targets the whole dish to a steam letting rice get cooked. The low flame subsequently transmits heat to the meat alone and the cooked rice makes it tough for the steam to escape through it. This results in cook time for meat alone and just enough heat to keep rice piping hot. Temperature regulation targets different layers separately. Hope this helps.
