Watching the smoke come out of Howie and daughter's ears while Adam explained basic common sense about the immune system. Priceless.
Except...our "common sense" is our worst enemy a lot if the time. The fact is that basically everything Adam said about the immune system isn't true and has been thoroughly debunked. Now, evolutionary and epidemiologic considerations do point to the view that children need exposure to the microbiota of the natural environment,so while it is good to be exposed to the outdoors and the microbes that exist there, it will not improve your immune system by not washing your hands before eating or avoiding showers.

Well, first of all, I think it's irrelevant. Also, Adam has natural immunity, so technically, if they want the kid to get more protected from covid, they should have Adam hang out with the kid.

So are we saying it’s a coincidence that his grandchild has an auto immune issue. Could it have anything to do with constant discussion and phobia and disinfecting and hiding from germs that she’s been indoctrinated with her whole life mentally and genetically. Adam was right about everything with Covid. And that doesn’t make him a genius. Most of us were right, that actually used our heads and not emotions. And not thinking of this is a football game and needing your team to win no matter what it’s infantile. We should all just want the truth no matter who says it or what it is just the truth no teams. Covid and the vaccines have become a religion. They want to believe like The X-Files. It’s bizarre.
I agree. I think we were all terrorized, it was a form of terrorism, to terrify us all into thinking that we were all in danger of dropping dead any moment if we left our house without a mask. I wore a mask the whole first year, and washed my groceries with hot soap and water, like an idiot, because the fear got to me too. Guess what happened? I got about 5-6 cold viruses that first year - none of them severe, but nonetheless exhausting and worrying, because this was before we had tests for covid - and even since then, I get colds a lot more often now.
PRIOR to the pandemic (or "plandemic") I would get a mild cold once every year and a half to two years. Why was I coming down with respiratory viruses so often all of a sudden, even after I was avoiding people and taking loads of vitamins and supplements? Maybe it had something to do with all the mask wearing. I am 60 years old and did not take even one vaccination. I totally do not trust them. I've never had a flu vaccine either.
I agree too about his grandchild being so ill having some connection to the decades long fears around germs and illness in their family, stemming from Howie.

I am so in agreement with Adam about soaps, shampoos, bathing everyday. I definitely shower, but every 3 to 4 days, I rinse my skin with warm water and let it dry naturally, no body odor ever. Hand sanitizer is horrible for your immunity. And I’m also the same type of driver, always paying attention around me, move away from cars that seem distracted, drive through red lights when it’s clear. Loved this episode
People with body odor can’t smell themselves. I used to work with a married couple that also didn’t use soap. They didn’t think they had a smell but they always stank. We never told them anything about it.
I had a friend at work that said he had covvee the week before, or so.
I wasn't purel-ing or wearing the mask much. So I started that protocol and got it in like 3-4 days. While also trying to avoid contact.
Soaped hands, been around others at the warehouse...no mask in stores. Lasted a year before. Had it around 3 days. Some lingering back pain, not debilitating. First time in over a decade with a fever. The other time was after taking flu vackz. Then another 10 years, dating back to a flu vacks. Then every year or so while being good and taking my flu vacks.

Diet also creates the smells you exude.

I don't shower nor wash my hair often,either. I dry shampoo and dye my hair once a month. I use a wash cloth and soap all over and rinse . I have severe arthritis and it gets enormously worse when I stand in the shower for 15-20 minutes. Plus I'm 64 live in my minivan because I have no choice and I don't get dirty nor sweaty like when I was young. I use body wipes and I have a hand held bidet . I do wash my hands alot, and wash my face every day.

It’s called common sense! Adam is teaching his kids common sense. Bravo Adam. I have a 15 yo and I have been teaching her there are rules in life that dont make sense. As long as we keep capitulating, more stupid rules will be created. Not all rules need to be followed. Keep yourself safe and others around you when driving. If we dont capitulate things will change!

Amen! The neighborhood where I grew up is between a river & a lake. Plus, we were at swim team practice at the swim club every summer morning at 7 sharp. No allergies here either.

What he says is just common sense to me. It’s sad how pussified the world has become with the “abundance of caution” mentality. The list of rules society creates keeps growing. Soon the whole world will be like Planet Fitness; a no fun zone of pussies.
Adam is on the money with this. We had a 1 month premature daughter. Many of these kids have issues with many ailments. Severe Colds, ear aches, allergies, etc. We live on a farm and this child was passed around to family members when visiting from day one after she came home from the month long stay in the hospital. She loved being in the barn touching animals and getting dirty. This exposure made her immune system strong and as an adult it was over a year after we got it before she caught Covid. Even then she was sick a week and done. Kids are too sheltered. Let them out to get dirty, fall down, and play hard with each other. A broken bone as a kid is a great learning experience on dealing with real pain and difficulties in life.
The fuel cut off switch is genius. I had my car stolen in my 20s and when it was found it was deemed “totaled” by the insurance company. With my next car I disconnected the battery every night. It was a pain but solved a potential problem.
I'll watch Adam anytime. Great guy, love his shows. Adam has the most logical and balanced view on health, food, immunity, and wasting food and energy of anyone I've heard. I have probably about 75% of the same sensibilities... The shower everyday is the 25% where we part ways. People have gotten weaker and weaker. Hey, bottom line is, you do you. The difference is that Adam is correct. HE'S ALSO CORRECT ABOUT THE IDIOTIC OBEDIENCE TO RED TURN ARROWS. I adopted that philosophy about 2 years ago and haven't had one single problem. Use commonsense people.

I agree with, Adam. I clean shower using soap and water 3x a week. The rest of the days I get in the shower, and rub off under the water without soap or shampoo. I started doing this over the past three years, and my skin has never been better. I have little to no eczema issue anymore. So little in fact that I don't even use my prescription anymore. Now, if I have a hard day out working in the sun where I sweat, get dirty, or worse then I'll exfoliate and clean.

@@saniya8885 Nope. Our bodies aren't meant to be cleaned everyday using artificial conditioners. Society has trained everyone that it should be, but not good. I know first hand it's not best for me. It might be for you, and if it is great, but for me it's far from.
As for feeling dirty, no. I don't work like the people of old did, so my body isn't being put through the ringer to where it does anything but perspire, which is healthy and needed. So long as you know your own body, how to manage it's cleanliness, and be respectful of others in your area when it comes to your presentation do as you wish.
Read the ingredients on all the soaps, shampoos and conditioners, lotions, laundry soaps, on and on….All toxins meant to be absorbed into our systems to create illness and disease over time with continued use. Adam is spot on! The same people that own the manufactures of these products own the hospitals, drug companies, treatment facilities. They dont make money if we are all healthy like Adam…let that sink in.

Not true. Red light means stop. So when you come to a red light you MUST stop, then if there is no sign saying "no turn on red' then you can go ahead and turn right. If there is a sign, you just have to wait until the light turns green before turning right.

Back in the early 90s we lived on a street with a highway at the intersection. Every day I crossed that intersection safely. Then one day they installed a stop light and that is when the lightbulb appeared over my head. I ran that light every day
