    ℹ️The recipe makes about 8 delicious patties.
    🥣 Ingredients:
    200g | 1 cup red split lentils
    500ml | 2 cups water
    150g | 2 cups broccoli
    1 onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 carrot
    50g | 1 3/4 cups spinach
    1 teaspoon Korean chili flakes
    1 teaspoon ground coriander
    1 teaspoon smoked paprika salt and ground black pepper to taste
    5 tablespoons cornflour chickpea crumbs or breadcrumbs a little oil for frying
    🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
    ❗Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favorite taste.
    ❗To keep the patties together, put the patty mixture in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.
    It works wonders and you don’t need a folder
    😊 🥣Method: Rinse 200g | 1 cup red lentils with water.
    Pour in 500ml | 2 cups water.
    Cook the lentils until they absorb the water.
    Separate 150g | 2 cups broccoli and arrange into florets.
    Pour in boiling water.
    Cover and leave for 5 minutes.
    Chop 1 onion.
    Fry until translucent, about 3 minutes.
    Chop 1 clove of garlic.
    Peel and grate 1 carrot.
    Season with salt.
    Place the cooked red lentils in a bowl. Add the cooked vegetable mixture. Grate the broccoli florets. Finely chop 50g | 1 3/4 cups spinach.
    ℹ️You can use any greens you like: parsley, cilantro, dill, etc. Season with 1 tsp Korean chili flakes, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp smoked paprika, salt and black pepper to taste. Add 5 tablespoons or more cornmeal. Stir until smooth and refrigerate for 15 minutes (this helps the patties stick together). Form patties about 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle with chickpea crumbs or breadcrumbs. Heat a little olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the patties with vegetables for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Drizzle with tahini or your favorite sauce and enjoy!
