Literally been searching all day four a video like this. How to change my wording multiple times and watch more of other videos than I wanted to until I found yours. Thank you!
Aaah, just did 15 minutes (about 30 in reality) of decluttering and organizing 1 pantry shelf. Thank you for the permission to not finish it. It was so overwhelming I've been putting it off for months.
Just found you. I have been binge cleaning in 15 minute intervals for years , but only because I cannot focus longer than that. I like the idea of decluttering (a major personal problem) in the 15 minutes... the GAME is ON. Thank you for sharing.
I’m doing the 21 days, but the 15 minutes a day are hard. I work full-time, have 4 kids who all have their own extra-curricular activities, so workdays are just BUSY. Although I’ve managed to keep up with my control sheet, the 15 minutes declutter is the first thing I tended to skip on those busy days. BUT ... even though I can’t declutter every single day without imploding, I’ve agreed with me that I will do 3 days a week to start with. Two weekend days, one weekday. So far, I’ve been able to keep that up. And my bathroom drawer (the bottom one, don’t open the top one yet!) can attest to that fact 😁 #proud ... And #thankyou for the inspiration!
I think this is a great idea! You are busy, and like we always say, something is better than nothing :) Sounds like the routines are going well though, and for me, that made the biggest difference! Well done :)
Started my “morning “ routine but in the afternoon. Emptied my dishwasher after I was dressed. Washed the few dishes that occurred after I went to bed this morning. It was easy. I declutter in my kitchen today. I have a crazy paper pile. I was happy with how much paperwork I sorted in 15 minutes. Then when time was up, I put the paperwork in the office, books in the proper shelves and items to recycled in the bin. Wanted to do more but it will be there ready for my next session. Thank you for your help. Oh and my sink in s shiny right now. 🥰
I would absolutely eat the Easter egg too! If you think of all the days that you DID NOT do 15 minutes, it would add up to a considerable amount of time. Let's all go do 15 minutes.
I think there is nothing more demoralizing than tearing the whole house down to clean it; looking up at the clock and it's 5pm, the kids are crying for dinner, you forgot to take something out to thaw and the Hubs is due in 20 minutes. Better to do it in 15 min to 30 min sections and keep it flowing. LOL Love your stuff kiddo. :)
OceanSkye2 If it’s perimenopause or menopause causing the sleep issue what works for me is - bioidentical usp micronized progesterone cream, Liposomal GABA and Liposomal melatonin 👏🏻👍👏🏻👍 For energy - micronized DHEA 10mg / 20mg alternate everyday upon waking is what works for me. 👍👏🏻 NP Barbara Hoffman has a VERY helpful & informative website and youtube channel and she trained under the famous bioidentical hormone Phd, md, Dr. john lee. No, i don’t feel like i’m 20 again, but i am greatly improved!!! lol
Totally up to you! The key is not burning out, but whatever way you want to tackle it go for it! I sometimes like to alternate a bit just so I am not sick of one big project 😊
It is hard to keep in mind that it is only 15 minutes per day. Definitely need to work on spending only 15 minutes because I have definitely burned out because I keep doing just a little more and then I stop the habit completely. Less and consistency is more in the end. 😎
Hi Steph! So I have been watching your channel since about the beginning of this year, 2020! Love your role modelling and positive attitude! I have watched most of your newest stuff but never this video or the video just prior to it where you actually showed an outdoor clip through a window. I’ve been really curious as to where you live in BC as you have alluded to “northern B.C.” I grew up in the Okanagan, lived in Vancouver for 10 years getting my degrees, then moved to Prince George for my first real job as my profession was hard to break into as a woman. Anyhow, that clip with no mountains in it leads me to think you are in the Fort (St John) area? Dawson Creek? I think Mackenzie has mountains.....but maybe not? Fort Mac is Alberta so that’s not it. Anyways....you likely don’t want to say, but I’d love to know if I am close! Lol

Your first guess is right! FSJ 😃
Hi. Nice videos. When you shot your After video, at the very end, your camera was filming everything backwards.
