I've been a metalhead for 25 years and have never heard of this band. These guys kick a$$! I wasn't expecting much at first, but this is excellent stuff.
Maybe not the singing but the instruments reminds me of sylosis. Another good one to check out.
I discovered them not to long ago either. Idk know why took so long for me to hear of them.
Got this album when it first came out and it is just a full on masterwork start to finish. They're Aussie, and the musicianship was so phenomenal here they actually received a $25000 grant from the Australian Council of the Arts, despite people being mad about a death metal band receiving the grant. The Council responded that you may not like the style of music, but the skill and virtuosity of the players was undeniable, and refused to revoke it.

I follow the channel from the 2 guys of las vegas ( don't remember the name, anyway) , that you guys in US are smart enough not to just focus on the culture , but just on music. Here in France it's just something impossible, when you're black you have to listen to rap or afro music. I'm half french / german , pure metalhead since i'm born , and i got all Cypress album originals ans same for busta rhymes, and, where's the prob ???
