This story mode, as well as literally every aspect of infinite in my opinion, can be best described as “I appreciate the effort, but none of it works for me”
Yet somehow some way it still does Frank fucking West more service than his own game series did.
Sad and weird the MvC3 trailers that had like combined 3 minutes of video had more visuals, ear goodness and excitement to them. I guess this story should have been like 8 hours like Mortal Kombat stories are so they could have built up things and not jam 10 characters in every scene. Or then go crazy Bayonetta style and make it really fast. This pseudo-horror for example isn't alluring nor is it stylish.

I can totally imagine this being like a short Resident Evil fangame where Tony is without his armor at first. It would play just like the classic RE games with tank controls and fixed camera angles, limited ammo. When you think about it, a good majority of Hollywood and official works in entertainment media are just fanfiction with a budget. Having the budget don't mean that the story will be any good, and it doesn't help that there are far too many idiots in the industry who don't know how to keep it simple and engaging. You know when a movie, TV show, game, etcetera, is not just in the toilet but hanging with Sewer Gators when a majority of fans try to rectify it with their own two hands and post it on the internet (the fact it's free sure helps a lot) to reach other people in need of that particular content.

The entire plot of the game is that a marvel universe and capcom universe got fused together. That's why you have places like Xgard. So of course the infinity stones would work since it's half marvel.
I remember JLA Avengers, Darkseid couldn't use the infinity gauntlet because it doesn't work outside the marvel universe so it's useless to him.

Nemesis never had one of those. Those were only for the T-103 model Tyrants (Mr.X). Nemesis had the NE-Alpha parasite, which is how he has the tentacles and overall regenerative/mutation powers, as well as his intelligence and ability to speak.
@Platinum Mew I say again: Nemesis had no Power Limiter. It's the square pouch thing on the T-103'w hip in older renditions. But yes, his mutations are directly caused by damage he had recieved. In the original game, a he fell into a fire (Clock Tower fight) which caused his form 2. Later, being doused in acid caused his form 3.
