I have ALWAYS found it hilarious that someone at Umbrella gave Mr. X a hat. Like "Hold on, guys. He's got a basic disguise on, but lemme just put on a hat and...PERFECT!". I love it.

When you think about it, Mr X has a kill count of 0, while original and remake nemesis only have a kill count of 1 each.

The nemesis of the Remake is very weak unlike the original, in the remakes Mr X is stronger than Nemesis but in the original he is not
The Nemesis, on the other hand, made his debut in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. He's basically an enhanced version of Mr. X but , and armed with a rocket launcher and whiplike tentacles
Nemesis is initially scary, but his scripted encounters and cartoonishly "badass" design can't deliver the same level of consistent tension and horror found in Mr. X's drawn-out pursuits. Although he may have his problems, Mr. X is scarier than Nemesis and clearly the better-designed stalker of the two.

Mr x: No matter what you do or where you go her will follow you everywhere you can try to put him down but it won't work for long.
Nemesis is technically immovable you can try to beat him but he always has tactics and tricks to push you back and make you fail he only has one goal and won't be moved from it.

Nemesis = Blown up atleast 20 times, Got shot 19 times in the face, thrown off a building, maybe a little bit burnt, his arm got chopped off, burnt in acid, killed by a power gun and blown up by a bomb

Hey now thats from the original nemesis, and the same can be said for Mr X in the original who fell in lava which I dare say is much worse because he wasn’t just sprayed he fell in, and at that point he turned to the super tyrant, he was already wounded so one Rocket can already kill him because he’s already weakened.
The nuclear bomb at the end was a good detail, that proves that you know the story.

Nemesis and Mr.X are both T:003’s except nemesis has a parasite in him.
This is like almost a dream come true. If this was Freddy versus Jason except it's tyrant versus nemesis! This is too beautiful

Awesome animation! They're basically the same model, the T-103, but Nemesis has the parasite, so he's smarter, faster, has tendrils and can use weapons.
Physically though if MrX turns into the Super Tyrant he can be stronger and deadlier than standard Nemesis. But again Nemesis has the rocket-launcher.
Nemesis tranformation is not as impressive as a Super Tyrant, but overall he should win more often than not due to his versatility.

Nemesis relies more on weapons, X relies on brute strength. One looks like Hush, the other like a bunch of smashed assholes. Pretty neat contrast
