just want to mention how good i find the quality of video here. when you zoom in everything is crystal clear, skin texture ( your skin is geat!), no filter and even the details of your iris is visible (though that is not important for makeup details but just goes to show how good the camera settings are). good work, thank you for this attention to detail!

The color story of this palette is just dreamy to me. I love that you can get some grungy depth, but also some ethereal lightness. The looks you created were so beautiful.
That colour story is total my parents' first house from the late '70s - early '80s and I am all about it. I have more than enough eyeshadow, so it's not going anywhere near my cart, but I appreciate its existence.
That second look! This palette is what I wanted the ND Retro midi palette to be.
ABH had bangers for me in 2021. I ended up getting the foundation, concealer, brow freeze, cream bronzer, Norvina vol 5 and Primrose. Everything was 10/10. ETA: Primrose felt like a summer palette and this feels very fall.
I didn’t think I would be that intrigued by this palette… but I’m so tempted now! The two looks you gave us are stunning. Cooler greens are right up my alley so that second crease colour really did it for me! 🤤💜
LOVE both looks, but the second one is everything! And I love Primrose too. The quality of ABH shadows is always outstanding.

I'm so glad I got to see you use Metro and Wisteria after all this "Pressed pigments not intended for use around the immediate eye area." Wisteria was one of the shades I wanted to try the most when I opened my palette. 💟

Angie, I love the looks you created in this video. Thank you for the hard work you put in to your content! This palette looks like an expanded version of Stila's Camouflage palette that came out spring 2021. I own the Stila palette and it was surprisingly good except for 1 shade that had zero pigmentation. Otherwise, I liked the palette and use it quite a bit. I've never been a big fan of ABH's shimmer formula. I like my shimmers to be very sparkly, think Adept cosmetics, Oden's Eye, or Huda beauty's shimmers.
Have you tried Primrose? I find the shimmers in this more sparkles then the pinks in Huda Beauty rose quartz but not quite at amount of the blue/purple shade or PMG level. But that palette has amped up a lot which I didn’t see from reviews until I actually bought it myself.
@@Amber86queenbee No, I didn't try the Primrose palette. I saw it in Ulta and didn't like the color story at all. My complexion is very fair and warm orangey colors look awful on me. I was so relieved when beauty trends started shifting towards cool tones a few years ago. It was so difficult to find a decent cool toned palette. However, I greatly appreciate the recommendation!
@@lauratempleton2382 completely understand that and I wish more brands release cool toned palettes more frequently. I hope the Primrose and Huda rose quartz releases are an indication of improved formulas to come by mainstream brands.

This reminds me so much of an extended Natasha denona mini retro.....I love the grey greens in that palette and I’m so tempted to get this, but I have SO MANY palettes that I’ve been on an ongoing low/no buy and I know I can manage without.

I duped this palette with my own singles and depotted eyeshadows. I don't like the light purple in the palette, so I took creative liberty with that shade. Also when I duped it I wasn't sure by the pictures of what the last shadow was, so I put in a black. I saw really good swatches of this palette yesterday and knew my dupe palette was better for me. This palette is too peach for my taste on top of having that purple. Is the palette is beautiful? Yes it is or else I wouldn't have wanted to dupe it.

Honestly Angie has one of the best swatch styles in the game. Your swatches are always on point and really showcase the color, texture and potential of the shades. The only other person I watch who does swatches this good is Makemeupmissa.

Minority here but I like this release. Love the pan sizes and shapes. That one shade peacock reminds me soooo much of Scarab in Mel’s pallet. Which I love and cherish.

I love the Primrose palette. You love color and it’s more of a neutral palette. A lot of people criticized it…”shocker” for the blushes. I personally love it and am glad that I did get it. Thank you creating a different look. Everyone else that I watched reviewing this palette used the same colors and look. ❤️
