so glad we’ve moved on from the (filthy) fuzzy packaging but i wish they’d kept the smaller pan sizes (and lower price)!! i’m probably still gonna pick it up because the colour story looks lovely but i’m never going to finish a 1g pan😭😭

As a color lover who very rarely wears neutrals I can assure you that this palette, as boring as it may be, appeals to us as well as the neutral lovers. This will be my first ABH palette since the Carli Bybel palette and my first neutral palette since ND Glam unless you consider Huda Beauty Rose Quartz and What's Up Beauty Desert Monsoon palettes to be neutral palettes. I do, because for me those are about as neutral as I get. But this new ABH palette is gorgeous and I can see myself using it a lot. I think they've landed on a color story that is universally appealing.
Wow, this is such a beautiful palette and color story! *I would love to see a comparison of this ABH Nouveau palette and Urban Decay's Wild Greens palette!* Two green & neutral palettes with pops of coral/warmth, released in one season. I personally feel more drawn towards the Nouveau palette than Wild Greens. Also, thank you for returning with update videos on the products you try, I find those videos with your updated thoughts to be the most valuable!

Considering grabbing a second for my daughter for Christmas. I get her one good palette every year, and this is one she would appreciate.
I’m definitely going to buy this palette, but going to wait for a sale/ black friday. Here in Sweden they charge $63 for it which is insane! However it’s a beautiful ”day to night ” palette. ps; really like the second look you did. 💕
What I LOVE most about your channel is how thorough you are! I appreciate the extra steps and time you take to give us all the details for products from the beginning and after you have tested them for awhile. All the TH-camrs they would throw them away like they don't need them or use them but whatever I get use out of the brushes. But it's all good I love this color story. ABH have my favourite formula as I love how soft the shadows are. I just have the Modern Renaissance which I use all the time and hit pan on a few shades, and both shimmers are completely used up so I want to get this next, as I like the shimmers and metallics ABH do, so easy to apply
I am obsessed with this. I am a winter and not a huge fan of like.. silver themed neutral palettes, the regular “soft glam” can lean so warm so I love a cooler toned palette that is neutral but has variety, and same about the color story it immediately spoke to me, It is so romantic and pretty. These looks !! even though you were playing to like test all the shades.. they are actually super stunning and wearable. I absolutely have no reason to buy another eyeshadow palette…. but I have not stopped looking at this since it dropped, like it has been sitting in my cart waiting for me to commit.

I haven’t purchased an ABH palette since the original Norvina palette came out, but that’s about to change. This palette calls to me, there aren’t many in my collection with this color story. Reminds me of Nars Climax palette.
Wow yeah it does resemble the NARS palette. They would actually compliment each other. NARS leans more cool, while the ABH one is more warm. Thanks for pointing that out.
This is my first ever ABH palette and it's so pretty! I can dupe a few colors with some of my Natasha Denona minis (retro, zendo) but overall I feel the quality of the Nouveau is so good! Happy that I got it.
Nice review, Morgan. This is the first ABH palette I've bought since Sultry. Like you, it called to me. I looked at my palettes and I could have duped some of these looks, but I would have needed more than one. I think there is something that can be done with that Peacock shade to really make it shine. And, in spite of all the greens I have, there are some, especially that silver green that look unusual. Mine is on the way from Sephora. Thanks for the video. 💚

It's a good buy then..because in Australia to buy those 3 mini's I'd be paying $132!! But the Alter Ego dupe is even better, with a couple of other palettes I got for $20Aust ea plus postage...I spent $125 (which is one 15 pan ND palette here!!)

I swatched in Sephora and had to have it. It’s what I would envision an updated version the Mario X ABH palette that I never could get would look like.
And I must say, Morgan, I’m thoroughly impressed with how quickly you can throw up two different attractive eye looks. They both were very nice on you.

I swatched it out next to ND mini retro and mini zendo. The two of those make for a great dupe. You'll just lose the purple and the peacock shade, and have less green selection. I also swatched it next to Huda Khaki Haze (shockingly similar) and Nars Climax (also shockingly similar). I don't regret getting this one because the lila shade is stunning, and there's more greens to choose form, and this is my perfect neutral earthy palette, and I'm a bit of a collector. But I'm only now learning about ABH's support of Putin and that is something that's definitely concerning me. That would be my only regret of purchasing.
When I saw the announcement I was like "booooorrrrrinnnnggg!!". But then I went to sephora and saw it, so I decided to swatch it and now I'm pretty sure I need it! hahaha

Morgan I could not wait for your review to help me make up my mind since I was unsure if I wanted this or not. In my eyes, it reminds me of Limecrime Venus XL 2 (which I don’t own but is was seriously considering purchasing before the ABH was released) I can’t wait to hear what you think of the ABH one in the month favourites so I can make the right decision.
