So a review on the Nikkia Joy primer for those that wanna know- I am mixed race with a medium skin tone and this primer does not affect the colour or texture of makeup except to promote a smoother texture. I am as oily as Nikkia and I have tested this primer against my worst performing foundations and it has improved the wear of every foundation I have tried. I couldn't get he Nars soft matte foundation to work on me when it first came out because it caked and separated, but now I have tried it with the Nikkia's primer it stays smooth and doesn't cake anymore. To sum up, the Nikkia Joy primer is basically bullet proof, definitely improves wear time and reduces shine. I would really like to try a foundation by Nikkia, the primer is impressive.

Loving this palette!! I’ve had it for nearly 2weeks and I’ve used every colour. Works so well for my nearly 55yr old eyes too. Think it might be my favourite so far…. BTW new camera really good

I wasn't going to get it but then I went into Ulta and swatched it and fell in love. If you have the limited edition Nars Climax palette most of the shades are the same that are in the ABH palette so if you missed out on the Nars palette your good if you get this one.

I love this palette sooo much, and bought it before watching any reviews. The color story did it for me. I wear a lot of army green. Also, I was obsessed with the Primrose pallet so I had a feeling I would like it. Would love to see you create more looks with this one.

I've been using this palette almost every day since I picked it up and it's so good. Definitely the most fabulous ABH palette in a long time.
If you have Nars Climax, there are a lot of very similar shades.

I love green eyeshadow having brown eyes and love wearing olive colored clothes. When I first saw the palette, I fell in love and it's not disappointing now that I have it at home.

Thanks for sharing your ABH's Nouveau {'New-Vo.'.. rhymes with No!} Palette thoughts, Nikkia! I've been up here, sitting on this fence! It looks like a fall palette with a 'beefed up' neutral green colour story, no?. It also seems to be muted, and rather dark to me. I rarely do a smokey eye, especially with darker lid shades; although your look was pretty, I doubt I'd do it on myself. There are a few lighter shades, however. I guess I'll be sitting up here a little longer! I've also been wondering if I should try Sigma's 'Enchanted Palette' (the regular one, not the new smaller one), because the colour story seems brighter, and cheerier to me! THATS CRAZY, I was looking for a dupe for this ABH palette and found the Nyx one on Amazon, it’s definitely close to some of the shades. Will definitely have to try both and see how both compare :)

I’m not a die hard abh lover but I love the greens in this palette. I feel like it looks so good on my brown eyes and I can still get a soft neutral eye. They are known for kickback so definitely do eyes before base. I keep reaching for this which shocks me.

IMO. When I saw this, my first thought was “classic elegance”. Something you would find on the vanity of Grace Kelly or Audrey Hepburn. Almost like that little black dress that you can use for any occasion. That’s just me though.

Oh yes I can see the similarities there! Slightly different but if you are enjoying kkw you could run with that until it’s hit pans as you won’t be able to repurchase now she’s closed kkw beauty, then you could try this one 🥰🥰
For me, being very very fair with cool (sometimes neutral) undertones, this palette is PERFECTION. All the warm bronzy colors in other neutral palettes don't look good on me but with this palette, every color looks good.

i find the packaging texture so pretty otherwise im still on the fence, if im buying it or not. ill have to see in the future. i just went crazy buying a lot of makeup so ill have to contain myself for the rest of the month. i bought the sigma enchanted palette and im in love, have you tried it? i recommend it highly. the multichrome topper shade is the star. i feel i can see more details now than before which is good, but maybe it could be a litlle bit brighter, when your filming close up. omg your nails looked so good, im trying to do a similar style to the nails you just had. those pink and purple shades are giving me a summer vibe. what do you use to make your nails grow so long?. hope your day and week is great and stay safe. love ya

Hi Veronica!! I really did enjoy playing around with this palette 🥰 the colours are beautiful and the quality is 🙌 the sigma palette is also a fab find too!! Im sure you come up with some great looks there ♥️ my nails I’m unsure if it’s anything in particular but I think my healthy diet and water plays a big role ♥️
@@timothysherreyehler5095 i do love it as a companion palette, it doesnt have many mattes but the few it has is both light and some dark so you can deepen it or lighten, but its best as a companion palette. here is some other things about the palette which might be usefull. im a light to medium skin tone (asian) with golden undertones and the lightest shade quartz is fine as a brow bone highlight, there are two metallics moonglade a light lavender and sunburst a light gold shade, the rest budding, cosmos, plume and electrum has a little glitter in them but with a glitter glue i think its good, the rest are mattes and pretty true to what they look in the pan. but the shade metamorphosis are sooo pretty a multicrome with a sheer pink/red base and shifts to green and blue. hope this helps you a little since pics online can be hard to judge. have a great day and hope you are well and most of all stay safe.

I know everyone is raving about this palette but I'm still on the fence. I bought the Primrose Face Palette which I absolutely love. I bought this pallette for Isle, Belle & Peacock. I would just love to see a comparison with the Primrose palette. The purple color in that one (Primrose) is the best purple/lilac I have ever used on my skin tone. I feel like I will have to use the Primrose palette combined with the 3 colors I like from Nouveau to really get the best look. The 3 pigments are amazing but I don't know if that can justify buying the whole palette. But who am I kidding I probably won't return it lol.

It looks like a really nice palette . I am going to pass though, because I have way too many palettes that I rarely use anymore. Ever since Covid I have just been really lazy to do my make up. I’m sure I have all of those shades in my collection somewhere, even the lilac LOL. But for someone that doesn’t have a huge make up collection or is just starting out, I think this is a good one

I have a few friends over in the USA 🇺🇸 and they keep telling me to get this palette because I’ll love it 🥰, it’s the cost compared to the USA that’s turning me off Lol 😂, I have other palettes with similar shades in them and don’t know if I can justify the price of it when I don’t wear makeup every day, I can’t believe the difference in price from Mecca to Sephora, when it’s the same palette, how does that work, obviously Sephora have a higher mark up on there products than Mecca by the looks of it. It looked beautiful on your young eyes Nikkia. I should save this video in case I decide to purchase it, that way I’ll have a tutorial on how to make it work for me, I think we have similar skin tones and shade matches in foundation only thing is I’m way way older Lol 😂. Hope your weather is better than up here at the moment, it’s raining 🌧 and cold 🥶 and very annoying, I want to get out and mow my lawn but can’t because of the rain 🌧…Bummer. It’s a pretty palette, but I know what I tend to gravitate towards and I just wouldn’t touch this palette. I was so excited when I heard they were releasing a new palette, and when I looked at it, I was a bit underwhelmed to be honest.
If it’s not your go to shade range I definitely understand that babe🥰 I’m shocking and don’t really step out of my zone too much but I did enjoy this one xx

I'm not liking the lightning that much with his new camera ... it's somehow darker? And the foundation looks weird, but maybe that's not the camera's fault. I'm sure you'll get it just right soon❤️
