Wow. What a beautiful house. I love all the upgrades, but I really don’t care too much for the wallpaper and carpeting. At this price point, I expect to see no carpeting. Wallpaper over time will cause problems with peeling and etc. The backyard is absolutely fabulous and makes the asking price more digestible.
If this is still for sale in 3 years, I'm buying it!!!!!

Love the home. Love the primary bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful backyard. Who's dog is that? That dog is very well tamed and cute.
That dining room is a beautiful view I would eat there every morning at the table with my breakfast just to look at the view...another thing I would do I would replace the toilets put the computerized ones in the house
I like the illusion the pool gives almost merging with the lake. The exterior makes the home. Awesome upgrades but that price tag is out of whack for what it offers.
Not sure it's worth the $3.85MM but this is a lovely property. However, the customizations are great but may not be for everyone's taste and if you're spending $3.85MM shouldn't have to make any changes. Too much wallpaper and carpet for the price. Yes the backyard is the money shot but the inside really doesn't give me a wow factor. I love a minimalist design but I need a pop and this one's not giving it. I would like to see you tour and get your thoughts on 35 Princeville in Spanish Trail. As a native here I definitely have learned the signature neighborhoods and why they are priced the way they are. But no one breaks it down quite like you. Thank you for always being transparent and edutaining (educational + entertaining). God Bless.

You should take a look into the Williams Ranch properties being built in Santa Clarita, CA right near Magic Mountain. They have 15 different models that should be ready some time in August. So much stuff being built in that area and one of the safest cities in America to live in.

Nice view and property, however Lake Las Vegas water source is a concern. But priced to sell. Wall papers dated and I personally do not care for stairs. Another great vlog.

Hey Chak, any info how much the annual property tax on such private gated location? Is it still at 0.5% to 0.75% of the home purchase price on 2022? What about the average monthly utility bills besides the $13 for power company's electricity?
This home is really nice and I like all the finishes in the kitchen especially the back splash and that view from the backyard is to die for not to many complaints about this home aside form the fact that it's a two story home and that silly tub that has to be removed, we also would need grab bars for all those showers and what not.
So would I live in this home, NO not really it's just to big for one person and I don't like the stairs and the catwalk is scary and an accident waiting to happen figuring I'm afraid of heights anyway the home did give me some ideas of what I would like to do if I ever build a house and one last thing it is to expensive for me $3.8 million is to much, well thanks for the home tour chuck and on wards to the next one.

Kind of has a lot of generic finishes, with the worst being that 90 percent of the flooring throughout is public bathroom tile.

Welcome to Las Vegas! The majority of homes at any price range will unfortunately not come with a basement. Older homes built in the 90s might have a better chance of a basement.
This house is clean and near but grossly overpriced. There is nothing that gives it this price. The pool is nice with the lake and all but.... I am going to watch to see its final selling price.
2.5 mil would be a good price. View is nice but this is one vid where Chak is obviously hyping the property. This is Vegas not San Diego.

There will be in the older neighborhoods in Las Vegas. I would recommend staying away from master planned communities

the only coolest thing about this property has is the backyard, everything else is just standard these days. I've seen other houses that you have that are much better than this unicorn. :)
