The circular tile pattern in the entry reminds me of a shade study from Albers. A real artist planned and laid that floor. This house will age very well.

Ahhh the mortgage is est. 7,997 mo. It's just outside of my budget of $750 mo for a mortgage, darn! A beautiful mansion and I love the layout!
You can pull ideas from these high end properties and apply it to your own place. This place, as I have mentioned before, will age very well. Whoever did the interior knows how to create a lasting design, that ages very well. Materials and their quality is just one element. Some elements are not as great as I would have liked. The interior on the first floor seems a bit choppy. Other than the grand staircase, there are very few grand rooms, even the great room seems a bit cramped, compared to the size of the house.
I do like the cement pond. The pedestal sink in the powder room is fab, though.

What a gorgeous home! Love the travertine floors, such detail a extremely well kept property especially being built in 2007.
Love the doggie door and even though the washer and dryer is on the first level at least you have an elevator instead of using the stairs .
The back yard is AWESOME! You can entertain days on end back there.

What a great home. That kitchen is pretty amazing. Love the master bedroom and ensuite. That backyard is also very spectacular. What I can't get...is how a house this size doesn't have a home theatre room. I especially like how little is needed in terms of repairs and such. Love the decor. The millwork (tres and coffered ceilings, crown moulding, baseboards) are really intricate and luxurious. Thanks for this great showing Chakits!

Love, love, LOVE this home. I wouldn't change a thing except that front door. It's looks industrial, I would go with a darker steel or iron door with the cut out pattern I've seen in other properties you've shown 💕

Those homes are HUGE! I was head of housekeeping and basically maintenance for a vacation rental company like 10yrs ago and we had a house in Antonine Wall and one on Tantilla and several other homes but those 2 were in the top 5 out of the 15+/- (it was more than 10 houses we handled but less than 20). Beautiful houses no doubt. But its a lot of area to clean. I just had my daughter and being the only one cleaning those homes every couple days is how I lost that baby weight and then some.
I know who I'm coming to when I am ready to purchase a home
as far as 2 cable jack close to each other, a good idea, as you need 1 for the wifi modem, or need a splitter ,

I Enjoy watching your videos of the beautiful homes out there in Vegas. The main thing that I can’t get out of my mind, is in those type backyards there Is a high probability of rattlesnakes in the landscape or under the bulky lounge furniture!!! Spiders and scorpions too I bet. Especially since they’re constantly excavating,building and disrupting their habitat!! I’m from jersey and not sure I’d be comfortable and would worry about family, friends and myself running into them !! I would NEVER open up those large room panels in fear one of those things would get in unknowingly!! I can daydream though lol.

If possible, will you please do a video for the house located at: 1660 S. Valadez Street in Las Vegas, please? I've seen pictures on various websites, but none of them show the house in full (especially the backyard) or anything that justifies the price. It's not a HOA property which interests my husband and I, and the pictures that we've seen are nice, but we would like a real/honest view of the property before we make any plans to travel that way to see it first hand. Thanks!

This house don’t seem like a 1.7 million house... you show plenty of houses that’s way more modern, luxurious & beautiful and half the price. I guess with this house your paying for that neighborhood & that mini water park in the backyard 😂... I rock with your videos though.

This is a gorgeous piece of property. I'm a simple person and I would everything in this house except the elevator, doggy door, and the backyard is just to much for me.
my friend when you start a video tour of the house, when you enter the front door start from left to right then the living room, dining and kitchen.
Plus: back yard for sure bud.
Flooring, elevator, ceilings, developed nice community.
Minus: laundry should be on second floor, too many tubs, casita needs a kitchenette to share, small bedrooms, poor views.
All rooms need one wall that is accented.
I would have a problem with the price.

While this property is lovely, I much prefer a 'homier' setting. Hardwood throughout vs tile/stone. It's a lot of house!

I don't know who bought this house, but I bet their relatives try to come every year and vacation there... LOL! They have enough room for a whole bunch of family members to come and visit all at one time... Hopefully they don't try to stay... LOL! This backyard is awesome!
Cons:
#1 Awkward to have the Outdoor Fireplace by the side walk-ways taking up space where it should've been next to the Pool so after midnight dipping in people can warm-up by the Fireplace..
#2 Also, the Laundry Room next to the Kitchen should've have Glass doors for view of the pool too while doing Laundry you can also watch out for kids playing in the Pool. Not really a Fan of Narrow walk-ways on both sides of the house.
#3 For $1.7 Millions, should've a separate Pool/Spa Room so people can change and a Guest Room by the Pool.
#4 The Tall Palm Tree by the Pool is just a waste of Space
#5 The Tall Palm Tree by the Front Door Blocked the Views of like 5 Windows and the storage room door
Pros:
#1 Love the Ceiling Fans
#2 Love the Glass Bowl Sinks
#3 Office Room with ample shelf space
#4 Convenient Access to the 15 Freeway compare to the Other Multi-Million $$$ Homes
#5 Since it's too close to Civilization(15 FWY) that it doesn't have Views Golf Course or City just a plain Old "here it is" Million $$$ Property

It’s a nice home, however, for the price I was looking for much more luxurious decor apart from the marble flooring and that fabulous lighting fixture some of the Home Depot lights had to go. I think property would have had a better showing had it been staged, just my opinion. 🤷🏽♀️💞

I think this is probably one of the only videos I've seen of yours where I didn't like the home much. There was something about this one. I loved the front of the house and the backyard but something about the inside I wasn't feeling. It kind of reminds me of an old house that was recently updated.
Bedrooms a bit small but everything else looks fine to me.
