    I liked this home. No HOA, low taxes, well water and propane, and nice finishes and detail. Of course, it needs an outdoor kitchen, and a couple of interior upgrades but other than that this is a very nice home for the size and price. It didn't feel 10 years old.

    That “ swamp cooler” is called a cooling tower and it’s the same system used in every commercial office building in the country but on a much larger scale, obviously. If you’re getting any type of smell it’s because it hasn’t been drained and cleaned which needs to be done once a year.

    This is a FABULOUS quality built home! One of the best that you’ve done a viewing on! I was so ready to be wowed by the master bedroom but it’s a real let down. No sitting area with fireplace nor a bell or a whistle going on in there. The loft area is larger🤔🙀 the builder did an excellent job. No wasted spaces and this property is definitely priced right! Way to go Chuck🎉🎊🥳

      I could see this home for you. I was expecting more wow in the master but it's a 2008 home so I understand. Bedroom can be renovated though. Everything else is there. Quality crown moulding throughout. Definitely not modern so your design style would fit right in. You'd be spending money on personalizing the home instead of upgrading and renovating which is a huge plus!

    I find it amazing that houses priced at over a $1M cheap out on plumbing fixtures, lighting, wiring, etc. The butler's panty had cheap plug-in under cabinet light. Why weren't these hardwired low-voltage LED lights? One of the AC vents was hanging and not fully attached. The AC in the garage was cheap and not in fitting with the cost of the house. The additional anti-kick-in door locks seems weird and makes me wonder who lived here before or what the crime rate is in the area. Paint coming off the fence gates. Swamp coolers in a house of this age. There is a lot of patches in the stucco exterior. The layout of the floor plan doesn't flow well. Why are there deadbolts on the bedrooms doors? The sink above the counter top is a vessel sink. The style and finishes are not consistent throughout. As you can probably guess, I prefer the other houses you have shown in your videos.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice home however, is lacking consistence from one bathroom to the next for example: the first bathroom has a different granite or quartz, plus the sink is under mounted in one and not the other & all sinks are different that's a poor choice of decor & the shower upstairs should have tile floor, not that cheap alternative. In addition, I would expect monogram gas Chef stove, specially since theirs a propane tank on the back of the home, if I'm paying $1.5M that's the least to be expected. In answer to your question pertaining to the dishwasher, I have 2 dishwashers and we use them every time we have a parties which is very often it's very convenient. Moreover, as you stated the "Calcium Build-up needs attention" should have been addressed prior placing the house on the market, simply because if I'm aware of it that's more job for me to do. Lastly, in the description it states the property is $1.5M however, you stated " All for $1.490 thousand dollars" Hmmm....... Have a great Easter Chakits.... Aloha~

    Normally, I would complain about the master being on the ground floor. I'm a fan of the master being upstairs but that connection to the laundry room through the closet, sold me on the ground floor location. I like almost every bit of this home. It seems very secluded with the shared well-water supply and a PROPANE tank, which is right by the kids play area 😳😲 yikes!! I also have to wonder what kind of monthly maintenance costs come with that kind of seclusion. Otherwise, I love everything I have seen 😍 and the price seems right. Great video as always Chakits 👍

    Cool Party House to have in a Cul-de-sac by yourself as long as the other empty lots on the Block stays empty. You can even park and land your helicopter on the empty lots.
    Pros:
    Nice empty Cul-de-sac to yourself(temporary until someone decides to build there)
    Nice open spaces can take your Bikes or ATV's and run around the area
    Love the Kitchen Cabinets
    Nice tall ceilings
    Ample Garage and Driveway parking
    Cons:
    Shared Well-Water
    Septic Tank
    Propane instead of Natural Gas
    Fracture/Crack street pavement(i saw this in MOST of LV's new communities)
    YOU mentioned property Tax for this House at $5304, that's just based on the PREVIOUS OWNER'S PURCHASE PRICE. So whoever purchase this Property, the rates will go up..close to $1.4 Millions in %Percentage% of whatever LV charges....

    That system is old,MFG date of 02-10.I don't know if the property is priced to reflect the things that need updating or not, but a home inspection should give some insight to that.

    I made to half way through your video but I couldn’t continue watching it, I was getting bit of a motion sickness, too many quick panning. I understand it is a big house so there is a lot to cover and I tried my best to make it all the way to the video but had to tap out. Normally for the most part, I don’t have issues with your other videos this one was bit different so I couldn’t make it to the end. But as usual, thank you for providing lot of good information about the property.

    With all those burglar kick plates, I would be concerned with the crime in the neighborhood.
    I would hate to buy a million dollar home and be scared to go out at night and having to lock down the home like Fort Knox.
    That second floor had an absolute garbage layout. There seems to be a weird mixture of expensive fixtures and cheap flooring.

    Cool Home, BUT, not sure if new or used, but if new there are nicks and scratches over almost every area of every surface other then Marble or Granite, but wood nicks everywhere, heck a brown marker would do wonders covering all that, maybe 1 Mill, Great place for Fireworks,

    Same thing here.... bad design layout. Looks like everything now in Vegas is double overpriced....you guys need another recession to cool off on these prices...This house built in 2008 11 yrs old ...like this is max 750K empty ..... furnished woudn't be 1.5MIl...

      A home built in 2008 is not considerable old by any stretch. And this is an appreciable asset. Hard to find a market where this home would be 750k. But I’m not a fan of this home.

  • @SA-ho1mu

    The layout of this house is terrible. The iron door opens to an area that will do nothing but attract bugs and spiders, then when you open the main door, the first thing you see is a WALL? The house is speckled with nice finishings, but some of the bathrooms look straight out of an old North Las Vegas apartment, and most of the house too plain and boring. For a 1.5 million dollar home in the middle of nowhere, I'd expect way more than that. I guess they are coming to that value based on the square footage alone, but if you compare this house to houses in the same price range in more convenient Las Vegas locations, this house seems overpriced.

    • @JustMe-999a
      @JustMe-999a 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The entry way "wall" is made to house a table, or artwork, or a sculpture, or a small fountain, or whatever you want. That's why there are 3 outlets there. You're just used to crappy houses.

    • @soulfulcleanse8477
      @soulfulcleanse8477 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      When you purchase a home as such......you pay for monthly home extermination! You don't worry about bugs like that....and your landscaper makes sure that those areas are clean and free of bugs and webs......That's how ppl do with $$$. Now I'm not from the Vegas area.....and it may be over priced.....but if I had that kind of money.....there would be a consideration of purchase!
