Nice house, I would not buy it due to electrical wires, close to airport, road behind wall, 2004 build, overpriced for this market.

With all the airline bailouts, you can look up and see your tax money at work.
Not to mention, right across from a horse farm. That’s gonna be an unpleasant smell through your backyard.

Every time chakits was outdoors a plane would pass. Way to much air traffic.
Just like El Segundo California. Locations close to an international Airport hold much value. Inside the house I guarantee you won't hear anything.. Nice home
The airplane noise is great. Makes me feel like I’m at the airport waiting to board my flight.
I would go crazy listening to the planes pass every 5 minutes

This home is nice. Beautiful home with nature lighting , backyard is awesome with good privacy from the neighbors. I like the windows in the water closets. The owner suite closets could of been bigger . I can see this home getting it's asking price.
Love the yard landscaping for the whole property. The downside in the main house is the laundry room is missing and the bedroom closets are small compared to some of the others you have shown. There needs to be a outdoor bathroom. If you are too weak to walk up stairs you don't have much space to lean on so you would have to crawl so you don't fall over the railings. The bedrooms are ok upstairs. What ppl are forgetting is that walk in closets that has drawers you don't need chest of drawers or dressers. I don't personally need much hanging space but storage space

When what is shut? It is a 34 hour airport so the night isn’t bad but the approach to Reid is smack over Sunset Rd.

The balcony on the upstairs west facing bedroom is a Juliette balcony not Jack and Jill. Jack and Jill is two bedrooms connected by a bathroom.
I didn’t see a water slide for the pool but rather a jumping “rock”/platform and a grotto

Close proximity to the strip is a major point. I think they will get the $2mm.
Basic house with inexpensive cosmetics next to airport and with a great view of power lines. Yesterday it might have been worth 1.5 million, today probably 800k. Good luck finding a buyer.
What about next week? What is your valuation on this property?

@@chakits1 Reminds me of "This Old House" home renovations where they often put those coat knobs in homes in Boston. But people in Las Vegas don't wear coats enough to want to hang them out in the open like that.

Whoa...wait..so engineered wood that you can buy anywhere and porcelain flooring not sealed. The garage floored needed to be epoxed. The carpet in the master and upstairs was not replaced. The separation from the cabinet and the bathtub..no sir. Those things would need to be fixed before anyone should consider this home.
Also, has the windows, AC unit and roof been replaced? The house was built in 2004 and in 2024 that will be 20 years. .
Is that industrial carpet??? Everytime you open up those doors to the back doors you are going to smell horse crap...

You do realize the airport was built in the 1940's
There are plans to move the airport, but probably won’t happen for at least 10-15 years or longer.
Homes in Las Vegas are way over priced!
