Did thus today to finish off and wow. I normally user weights but have few wee sore areas, so trued this and honestly felt such a burn. Body weight defo burns. Anybody else prefer body weight to actual weights and have good results?
I only ever use BodyWeight for me personally it is the best way to tone and stay injury free 🩷🩷

Hi lucy, another great workout 👍🏻. I'm currently going through perimenopause and trying to find a routine that works for me. There are so many out that I often get confused trying to decide . Could you recommend a good resistance workout ?? I feel like I need a workout to boost my energy levels and also help with my muscle mass 😊

Can u do these in between days that you do weights because l know ur supposed to let ur muscles rest in order to grow?
These will challenge your muscles just like lifting weights as I get you working on endurance 👊🏻🩷🩷and these have the benefit that they are safe as we don't overload your joints 🩷
