She knows where she's going, unlike other presentors, they don't know which direction to take and do not know exact names of the parts of what they are presenting. I am so impressed with Ms. Bien. Hello! For resale market like this one, it depends on the seller if they will include the golf/beach shares with the property. But for pre-selling with Ayala, they will require at least you buy a Beach Club share with the property 🙂

Fantastic views, but very poorly designed interiors, terrible dining area, especially the angled ceiling bedrooms, absolutely wasted opportunity, definitely needs the concrete painted, hope the house next door is better.
