The view is amazing but the designs of the rooms are not good,the kitchen area(facing the golf course) should be the dining area,just my 2cents.
I love where the property stands. Natural AC, fresh air and more greens. They should have converted the lounging area to another room on the top floor. I agree with most of the comments here that bedrooms downstairs are quite small. The lower part back garden can be converted to a lap infinity pool. I wonder if they reside there, do they get automatically be a member to use the golf course? Haha. Hope the property is insured for any unexpected landslide/s.

The layout of the house is more of a airbnb house or a house for a family of 3. The main part of the house are on the main level. This is why there is a door on the lower ground to separate the spaces. or the lower level are for staff. that is why they have their own kitchen and dining and lounge area.

Ang ganda ng bahay na ito grabe two thumbs up! Gusto ko yung design na maliit ang bedroom basta may en-suite toilet and bath at meron na syang built in wardrobe okey na kase wala ka nman gagawin sa bedroom kung hindi matulog kaya okey lang kung maliit lang. Ang galing ng nag design nito pwedeng pwede sa tamad kayang kaya mo linisin araw araw ang bedroom mo.

I would have put the dinning area in the kitchen, i would rather eat with a view than cook with it, that green backsplash make it black. Darken the wood to match the windows, but yeah that view and that kitchen is top notch.

this is a well designed house plan but my only question about the house is why with all those massive spaces and expense they put into the design did the designer placed a very minimalist master t&b? oh yes it's functional, no doubt about it, but not quite as good as they could have come out with a much better design after all it's suppose to be the master t&b. but please don't get me wrong for it is a very beautiful house

The view is definitely a plus but two kitchens? I would have used the space for something else. I did not like the cabinets of the master bedroom, honestly the Master Bedrooom should have been the best room but what a disappointment. All furniture needs to go especially the yellow couch. I have watched so many videos of the new modern houses and I am really looking for house with some nature around not just the view. More big trees and garden around the house.

My personal opinion on garage entrance, parang alanganin ang gawa nila…..why do they need a steel ramp if made properly. Long term use, it can accumulate trash and rusting.

Waste of space. Rooms are very small. Pool could have been added. Built-in cabinets and bed frames did not match the aesthetic. The view gets old over time as if a hill is blocking the horizon. Did I mention the rooms are small? The bathrooms are a wtf moment. Could have been designed better to maximize the space.
Its a huge house but not functional. Too many wastage spaces in the ground floor. The second floor is badly designed. The bedrooms did not capture the surrounding views. And I agree from other comments the bedrooms are small.

The maid’s room is so inhumane. Extremely poor ventilation. The architect did a POOR job making this house.
The rooms look like maids’ quarters since it’s really small. It’s a major no for me.

The floor plan is poorly-designed, it has poor flow throughout, and there are too many walls/obstacles. There are many dead spaces in the house and unnecessary cabinets/closets. Bedrooms are very small, a deal breaker for many. The pantry is also too small. I have a 2-storey house, 3 car-garage(not carports), 5 big bedrooms, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a family living room, a nook, a laundry room, a big kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a den, a walk-in pantry and 2 walk-in closets and my house is smaller than this house.

Maganda na sana diko lang gusto yung design ng extra bedrooms a bit claustrophobic except for masters bedroom.
It’s a nice house good location however the bedrooms are to small and the quality of the bathrooms is low level it isn’t what you should expect in a house of 60 M only one vanity in the master bathroom and I think I see also some electrical omissions
