She has a very good command of English and does not have a fake American accent. Finishes are absolutely stunning! Although not the best location, a roof top pool and gym could suffice that and well compliment the tastefull inside of this house. A basement recreation room/den and theatre will definitely make this one of my solid favorites.

Very elegant, high class home. High ceiling, big doors..exquisite designs and structures. The downside of this structure is the garage, it is underground , it’s getting floody in our country & we can’t say when nature gets havoc. You will end up drowning all your hard earned cars..And with that amount of money, there’s no pool. They should have added it on half of the garage area atleast. So it needs renovation for additional structures..or if you could buy the empty lot beside it, it would be perfect. Overall ,I love how luxurious, simple yet very classy designs were put on this house. This is a dream home.
The insane floor space and amenities of this house is staggering that if its price reached north of P350M wouldn't surprise me.

Beautiful house. Although there are some usable rooms, there is no designated office room, which is very valuable these days. Also, the laundry room is an afterthought.

This house lacks a lap pool or a jacuzzi tub. A theater room can be placed in the Third Floor or Fourth Floor including the Basement. A dedicated office on the Ground Floor or 2nd Floor including the Basement.
Another thing is you really need to install solar power para mabawasan ang electric bill mo. Kaya lang i notice it is close to a tall building mukhang di masyado mauutilize ang araw.

Its a nice modern house in Makati and I see how they built this house nothing was spared and I see the wolf appliance too, top of the line. One of those houses that is highly built.
Im sure the price aint cheap just the location thats why I want to know how much so I can do my research about it.
