The 5th floor not only the top floor, is my favorite place because of the combination of kitchen and LARGE HOME THEATER ROOM and could be used for other types of entertainment then beside it is a terrace. That is an excellent view for me. This is the room I want to have in my future house!

I believe it's called "Pop up vent" (range hood on the kitchen ) if im not mistaken. Such a beautiful house 🖤 and you can swe the quality materials that they've used.

Great house for a big family. Big downside - the lot area. Quite absurd that you still have to go to the second floor to welcome your guests - it's as if the house/ building is more of an events place/ alternative house.
