Genuinely one of OMD's greatest songs - how many artists can claim such success after so many years. Brilliant.

They are my favourite ever band. Not a day goes by that I am not listening to something they have made.
I am so grateful they have been in my life for all this time. I do hope they do another album and I get to see them live again, always one hell of a night.
Thanks again OMD for giving me so much pleasure.

A great new album, up there with Organisation and Architecture & Morality. Who'd have thought it, after all this time? And McCluskey's voice is better than it was back then.

Seen the boys 3 or 4 times over the last couple of years in halls, festivals and alike, they don’t disappoint, their new stuff is up there with all the favourites… May be time for a Greatest Hits 2 album!!

The keyboards are even more simple than The Cure
    One finger keys

Actually, there is nothing simple in playing a bassline with repeated notes by hand. Miss one note and everybody will hear the difference.

OMD is basically promoting evolution and that is false to begin with . Why do artists intend on pushing agendas verses real musical art??? I grew up with OMD and loved their music up until this album because now it involves politics which immediately was a red flag. The album is not good at all and uses basic keys and no real substance anyway, they are trying to repeat phrases over and over to indoctrinate listeners which was very clear. Over the years real talent had been difficult to find who doesn't install tactics. The only real bands left today who broke the molds are Tears for Fears and Depeche Mode which keep their music solid and ever changing against segregating listeners.

Dave Ghan for one is not gay because I know him and his family for decades so we can put that to rest. Dave's style has always been stage presence and persona which gives him his own unique way of doing things. Today gay people try and recruit others to their ideologies and sorry but it won't work here with me. Mannerisms are not a way to tell the truth about someone, they are descriptions about how you see it and thats fine but for those of us who know the dude, well its our honor to befriend such an awesome person.@@50milliondownthedraintonym16

Well, the album got to number two in the charts- so that speaks for itself. Also, their gig I was at in 2021 sold out in 45 minuets. So, I think one person not liking them won’t make them crying into their cornflakes just yet.

Depeche Mode and Tears for Fears literally wouldn't exist if not for OMD. Clarke founded Depeche on the back of OMD's first single and album, and early TFF lifted OMD's sounds and image wholesale.
