Someone posted a video that Boynton inlet is one of the most dangerous in the state. That right turn out of the inlet is an issue and too many cowboys.
That’s as spot on as it gets. Over the years so many cowboys with more dollars than cents. Some of the worst Mariners I’ve ever seen. Local knowledge is a must. In the winter time the right turn has a sandbar and sets of waves come in quickly and have capsize many that don’t realize you need to stop peak. Wait for the set then go. But as you described, they want to be Cowboys. 😎
