Thank you very much for watching! The BRAND NEW Adventure Fishing online store is now live, I’d massively appreciate it if you could check it out! www.adventurefishinguk.com/
Is this your first upload in a while? I haven't been notified of any other videos if you have posted recently. Anyway I'm enjoying the country your in already places like that are catching a fish is a bonus on a beautiful river type locations.
im in solid agreement on those fish being browns, lovely fish thou!! you need to try the seatrout in the salt mate not much else in the uk compares to a sea-liced 3lbr tearin off into the sun set 👍👍🎣
I know you fish the Ribble often .. but I only fish the Mitten bridge stretch so no idea if that's where you were . I usually only get to fish stockie waters. Love small rivers and lochs . The wild fish ho mad and are so much more fun . Hope to bump into you one day as really enjoy your honesty and enthusiasm . Regards Callum P.s how's that foot now? Hopefully all functional and pain free
Beautiful location would love to know where it is, lovely strong trout. Might try one of those rod and reel combinations to keep in the car. Shame the iPad didn’t put up a better fight , Ha Ha.
Are you fishing public water? Or is this stream private requiring payment or permission to fish? I do not believe there are any private pay-to-fish streams in Alaska where I live.
It’s a members only river this one mate, very lightly fished though with few members. The majority of the fishing here is paid and not as much free in the UK unfortunately! I’d love to come fish Alaska one day, who technically owns most of the land? Is it privately held and does this not come with fishing rights?
@@adventurefishinguk The water itself it open to everyone because it is owned by the state. Access can be challenging in places but private land owners can't prevent you from fishing in the water. I've paid guides on occasion, but have never had to pay to fish in Alaska. I'm always amazed how few salmon there seem to be in Europe. Many of our runs are in trouble but there are still lots of fish to catch. I hope we can preserve our fish for posterity.
@@jamiewoodsford6080You are incorrect, the rivers are closed for coarse fishing, game seasons are different. You can fish rivers for salmon in Cumbria from 15th January or 1st February depending which river you are on until end October & trout 15th March - 30th September
First of all, sea trout is just a brown trout that went down to sea and it returned to spawn in the river it was born in. Secondly, I was convinced that it's a closed season on rivers for COARSE fishing and it's perfectly fine to target brown trout. Is that not correct? Or have I got some things wrong? 😮 Nice day of fishing anyway, regardless of your title 👍😉
Theirs a TH-cam diver that finds absolutely hundreds of iPhones and stuff and returns them to their owners. Maybe you could do the same after thoroughly drying it out?!!

I’ve been posting every Sunday for a few weeks now mate! Really glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for watching!
The fish match the beauty of that land. Glad to see your up and walking. Nice video.
They certainly do! This video was filmed before that one actually, but I’m on the mend 👍
Great you are better! Nice scenic view! Keep up the great work!
This video was actually filmed before my little ankle incident! I’ll be back out fishing very soon though 👍
@@adventurefishinguk I still wish you a speedy recovery 🙏 with prayers!
@@williamedwards9419 Thank you!

Shame they're out of season, those were some nice fish. I'd like to see you do more fly fishing this season. Do you have any plans for that?
I don’t think I’ll be doing much but I may get a trip or two in. I tend to just get into all sorts of tangles and get really frustrated!
@@adventurefishinguk yeah, thats the whole point of fly fishing.
What, get into tangles and get really frustrated? 🤔😄
Some beautiful country - why I love fishing so much. Looks it was a blast and that iPad was too small to keep. 😂😂😂
Thank you! Yeah I love this place it’s amazing 👍 definitely didn’t expect the iPad though!
I think that you might need some Rigged and Ready polorized shades to help with the glare George 😎
I have some but I’m too forgetful to remember them really! 😂
Brilliant video George. Ive also had some of my biggest trout out of season its almost as if they plan it 😅.
Thanks mate, it definitely feels that way doesn't it!
Good to see your ankle is better
This video was actually filmed before that one mate but it’s on the mend I’ll be fishing soon!
An iPad and a nursery football 😂 your videos are always great to watch even if you're not catching what you want 👏🏻
Haha thank you, sometimes things just don't go to plan!
Nice sizeable trout shame out of season. Get yourself some polorised sunglasses really help with the water glare 😊
Thanks mate! Yeah I definitely need to start wearing them more 👍
Spinning the crystal sunlit flows for the monarch of the river...Nice trout also
Thanks for watching!
Beautiful river! 🎣
Your videos are amazing man, hope to live a life like yours one day
Thanks a lot mate! I’ll have to try my bullet lure out there and see if I can get one on a lure you made 👍
Made my Sunday pal👍
Thanks for watching mate!
Nice one pal 👍🏻
Thanks mate!
Glad to see the ankle has healed
This was actually filmed before that video but i am on the mend! Thanks for watching
really cool mate :D
Thanks for watching mate!
Hey George am going WINDERMERE on the 25th of May if you fancy meeting up for a spot of fishing 🎣🎣
Sorry mate only just seen this!
The iPad was a shock (no pun intended) 😂
Haha yeah I definitely didn’t expect that!
From Ireland tight lines with 40 years salmon
Thanks for watching mate!
Those trout would be in my frying pan
Catch and release only for me!
What lure were you using
A mepps spinner and a rapala countdown 👍
Brown trout from Charlie’s Island
Thanks for watching!
TOPWATER PIKE ❤❤❤❤❤
I’ve definitely got some of that planned!
@@adventurefishinguk Try it in the dark. Tough to film. I had a few pike at night like that though.
👍👍🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣👍👍

How lovely, it must be to have a river all to yourself. 😂👍🇬🇧
It’s a beautiful place mate and im definitely lucky the other members don’t fish it much!
Nice way to get around the close season , why not fish the ponds and lakes like the rest of us
Ponds and lakes are nowhere near as interesting and satisfying as rivers 😊
@@Hammster_MCR totally agree but I fish them when the river season starts on June 16th
@@jamiewoodsford6080 it's your choice then :)
Because ponds and lakes normally have boring mud pigs and a day ticket price tagged on, sod that

Yep. Correct on both accounts.
Trout season opened mid March most places.
salmo trutta and salmo trutta morpha trutta, your information is out of date, the fish can chnge but both are different species
See a lot of sea trout with green spots instead of red
You're correct, although this video was filmed a little before the trout season opened 👍
Where is this mate? Don’t need the location, more just what river is it if it’s a secret location
Sorry mate I’m unable to give away locations publicly!
@@adventurefishingukThought that was the case, no worries pal!
I'm not a river angler btw, I thought the rivers were closed
They’ve just opened for trout fishing 👍 however this was filmed just before the coarse season ended

That sounds really cool. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ve quite got the tech experience to get that iPad up and running!
I need help . I live in Colne Lancashire , I need friends to fish with please . my fiancé and best mate both died unfortunately x
I’m very sorry to hear that, make sure you talk to someone about it and get some help!
