First Ride 2020 Kawasaki KX450 - Motocross Action Magazine

For this First Ride test we take a look at the 2020 Kawasaki KX450. Although this bike returns to the 2020 model year with only minor changes, it was all new from the ground up in 2019. In 2019 the bike received a hydraulic clutch, new rear rotor, new engine, new frame, electric start, new air box and more. The Kawasaki placed 4th in our 450 Shoot Out last year. With some of the bikes making changes can the Kawasaki slide further up into the ranks for the 2020 model season? All those updates to make the bikes performance and handling better but they still are using that extremely ugly slip on. Come on Kawasaki you have to improve the looks as well. You shortened the side panels on it but left that trailer of a slip on there.

Meaning it fired twice as fast....or twice as more times so the power was smoother....which is counter-intuitive....you would think it would be 'twice-as-big' power....fired twice as fast was something I would not have expected....so it did pin u back....but not blow u off....
