The KX450 looks incredible! Your attention to detail and your presentations are the best, I really enjoy watching your videos and how you present each product! Thank you and looking forward to seeing more!
I don't see the links you were talking about. Anyway, it basically seems like a bone stock bike with a slip-on. I just bought one of these bikes and I can tell you, it's a fire breathing dragon right out of the crate. Thanks.
That's a gorgeous bike! Hey Ping, what oil exactly did PC put in the forks? Kawasaki actually has some special blend developed with Showa in the 450 forks because of the coatings (at least that's what I read) and it's $$$, but if PC puts some Maxima in it that performs better, I'd gladly switch.
Hated That Air Fork BS, Works Connection, Race Tech, Pro Circuit. Never worked like the old spring fork. Went back to Yamaha YZ450 in 2021- Now getting a 2024.
what octane would everyone recommend on this set up? The two gas stations next to my house have 93 pump with ethanol or I can get 90 pump gas no ethanol! i can also run to town and get 100 percent gas. Just more convenient to go to the stations closer.
@vitalmx I know you didn't mention anything about it, but are you guys running a power commander with the air filter and exhaust upgrades? Do you guys feel it's necessary as far as keeping the engine running optimally. I'm trying to figure out if I need one with my Uni filter and slip-on exhaust upgrades
hello everybody, i wanted to ask you guys a question : i've always dreamed my whole life to ride and practice motocross but sadly never had the opportunity... But now i've decided that i want to give it a try no matter what. But i got 2 questions for you guys that really trouble me : 1/ Do you think being a really big dude like me is a "no go" for this ? (former powerlifter : 6"1 and 265lbs). 2/ Do you think my age (44 years old) can be a problem, especially when you recovered from a knee's tendon surgery from a few years ago ? (excuse my english i'm french) Thank you so much for your advices guys, especially if you are advanced riders !
To answer those questions: No you’re not too big, but suspension will feel softer for you than others and you should get a larger bike as a first bike opposed to a 85 or 150. And your age may affect crashing as will the surgery. If you got your knee it’ll probably hurt more than usual but in all the crashes I’ve had I’ve only hit my knee about 2 times.
@@MitchConner509 nah you don't say. Impossible. Man I have only been supporting the CR500af builds since 1997. Dah. Have you ever heard of Service Honda?
I don’t have money to rebuild a bike one year old that just paid cost 11k. Must be nice all the guys fortunate enough to do this kind of stuff. If I could afford a 11k bike I would expect it to be already perfect besides settings and should last 11 years no issues but we all know that’s not the case so I’m that’s why everyone I know agrees that new bikes cost way to much/money pit an are overpriced. Sad people can spend 11k on a bike but past right by a starving homeless person an not offer one dollar or some help…..🤔🤔🤔

I love the Sprite Lime Green...and I can't wait to build my KX450 SUMO.

I like the white on green. Outside the box. Nice bike ping.
Monster kawis had white accents on their rear fender and seat in monster cup 2019, I thought it looked good enough for this season.
Minty green looking sweet
I'm going to build the badass fire breathing machine ever seen on a track
VP also smells amazing burnt and un-burnt!!! $80 for 5 gallons !!! Gets expensive
The bike looks great. I like the all green look.
Always has great video's!
Great build, nice work Ping
Decals ? dope look
thats a cool looking bike
Nice ride

Looks unreal! 🤙🏼
If i had the talent and body size for a 450 this would be it! You guys got any 2020 250 4 strokes builds in the works?
Here ya go my dude - th-cam.com/video/2RAi9nMuPyM/w-d-xo.html

Only thing wrong with that bike is that it doesn't have my numbers on it!

Not digging the white on green look or the seat color, still an amazing bike.
Fugly!
Did the pro circuit pipe help it rev higher? I’m lookin to get some exhaust for me 2019 kx450 so I’m curious where it helped in the rpm range.
Troy Finn more just noise
Braaaaaap!!!
What changes if any needs to be made for running the VP race fuel? and what about mixing the Non-ethanol pump gas with VP fuel?
Flynfireman29 that’s what I do I mix VP 113 rag half-and-half with non-ethanol
Just get t4. 100octane ethanol-free. I run it and didn’t have to do anything.

What Pro Circuit slip on did to put on this bike? It appears shorter than the T-6.
Dont se the links ??
Is that the T6 slip on?

13k is a budget bike? Lol

It TOTALLY depends on your carb/injection set-up, and engine parts...

Then you should have built a CR500af. It would have been cheeper and faster.
yea...wrong
@@MitchConner509 you have never rode a CR500af.
Dennis Millus uh ..yea..I have.. not cheaper, only faster in a drag race, slower and hard to ride everywhere else..
Dennis Millus and they were faster in the steel frame days. AF stands for aluminum frame just so you know.
