For a KETO friendly … baking powder is a NO NO (but I agree anf respect/understand your recipe). I add instead of baking/bicarbonate soda no olive oil and I just use the butter for topping !!!.

For the sweetener, I used 2 sticks of Naturals Stevia (zero-calorie sweetener). Then, a pinch of Himalayan salt which is healthier than ordinary salt because it has lots of minerals.

They have 5.9g of carbs and 3.3g of fiber, so they come out to 2.6g net carbs per serving. They also have more protein than regular pancakes, so they will keep you feeling satisfied for much longer.

I have been making these for many years but with melted butter not Olive oil and add a bit of Baking Powder to make fluffier… cheers

try 2 eggs, or 1, and add a lil bit of water to compensate, or yogurt. I would not pan fry flaxseed meal.

@@lynardburt5992 it's fat that gets you satiated , protein has a much less effect that way. Keto has become a mess of ideas .

Olivoil does not match coconut flour…they come from very different places on earth with different climate. Use butter, gee, neutral oils
