5:58 Hi Lexi, this is a dust/dirt filter for a vacuum pump. The metal hashes you see in the middle is the filter cage, the stuff outside of that is compacted dust, dirt, hair, etc. There was so much build up, the pump couldn't move any air, meaning this filter has most likely never been cleaned/replaced since being installed. Hope this helps!

A lot of schools that give students laptops or iPads have this too, pretty much all of youtube is blocked, most of Google is blocked, and we can't download anything without the media center's approval

Ok, so I'm actually reasonably-allergic to laundry detergent. Even some brands of "No Dyes or Fragrances" detergents lead to skin-irritation. (Kind of ironic then that the best job I ever had was quality-control in a shampoo/detergent manufacturing company!)
Using detergent with dyes is at least two weeks of...imagine the feeling of insects crawling over you, but because there's literally no insects there you can't remove them to get rid of the sensation.

So when Lexi wishes an allergy to their laundry detergent on the people who leave movie theaters a mess, this is the fate she's wishing on people. And, personally, she's too nice when she wishes such a 'benevolent' fate upon such assholes.
yeah. i dont have allergies but i have sensory issues (looking to get an autism diagnosis) so i totally understand the "insects crawling over you but theres nothing there" sensation, i get that from clothes i wear sometimes. problem is, i never know which clothes are going to trigger it, so sometimes my regular day-to-day clothes make my skin itch, and sometimes i dont notice until im already overwhelmed by it lmao

Holy shit, I have the same allergy. I had my dad wash some clothes for me once and forgot to tell him to use the special laundry detergent, so my skin started getting dry, itchy, red splotches all over it and it didn't leave for a whole month.

The whole "delivery attempted" thing is the worst. I've learned that there are two types of delivery person:
1- The one who will not try and just leave the slip on my mailbox (usually local postal service)
2- The one who just leaves the package at my doorstep without knocking (usually amazon)
I know this because both my buzzer AND my doorbell make my heart explode when people use them. I don't go out of the house often and even less during lockdown. I've had a package left at my door crush my foot when I opened my door to go do laundry once because I had no clue it was there.
The local postal service eventually installed lockboxes for packages in the building, which was nice, though.
the car detailer hit really close to home for me, at my dad's for christmas, my stepsisters and their partners all got a small gift pack of Rituals lotions and soap, hell my gf even got the same package, but i (the only one related by blood to my dad might i add) got fucking socks, that were too small even. So random person with the car detailer, i feel you.

I think the monk DVD box art is intentionally like that, because in the series, Adrien Monk has severe OCD, and that would have been something that would have drove him absolutely nuts.

A UPS driver delivered my phone from Best Buy and left it in the foyer section of the building between the open guest doors and the regular locked building door just like your situation. On top of that he signed for it himself and lied and said he gave it to a receptionist (that did not exist). So of course my phone was stolen by some thief. Luckily Best Buy took pity on me and gave me a replacement.
I can confirm that if you delete the video while someone is watching the video will stop in an endless buffering, then if you reload it either you can watch 10 more seconds and back into endless buffering or you get the message that the video was deleted, and trust me, it happened to me 15 times

9 years ago my son knocked over my bead organizer. Thousands upon thousands of teeny, tiny, glass seed beads scattered all over the floor. Swept them all up and dumped them into a plastic ice cream bucket. Still haven't finished separating them.
There is actually a point to individually wrapped food items. It's to reduce spoilage. The environmental effects of that plastic packaging pales in comparison to the effect of all the food going to landfill. The weirdest part is that the other capsicums aren't wrapped too. Maybe the reds spoil faster or are less popular.
The yellow and red ones are actually the same vegetable (well technically fruit). The red ones are red because they are more ripe and therefore have shorter shelf life. The green ones are also the same vegetable, and you guessed it, the least ripe.
Hmm, my guess would have been they were one of the death peppers like the Carolina Reaper, and a health and safety call was made to not directly expose the general public to that level of hell fire.

The clear wrapping thing is actually pretty common in my country, and mostly used to wrap school books that students (from elementary to end of high school) are lent for the year. It helps keeping the books in an okay state for a longer time, since other kids used/will use them again and again for some years until the program changes or until the book is basically falling apart.
I'm curious about how it works in the US for example, do kids have to buy their books or...?

I once found a parcel that some delivery asshat had thrown behind my outside heat pump 8 months after I ordered it. No note or anything to say where it was. I got a refund from eBay, but holy crap. Luckily the box was cocooned in parcel tape so survived the elements. I'm from the UK and the delivery company was Hermes, because of course it bloody was. And for anyone interested, it was a white, Japanese, 3D controller for a Sega Saturn.
There are reasons I refuse to drive at night:
-I am in a low car that is black.
-The street lights are… spaced out.
-Everyone seems to have those blinding LED headlights.
-They like to drive three feet behind you.
-If they are a truck, they like to have their high beams on for no reason.

When someone beams their super powerful headlights at me like that, I usually turn the center mirror's dark mode on (no idea how that thing is called) and then turn side mirrors slightly outwards so the beams would shine back at the asshole behind me. This always forces them to do two things. Either lower the lights or get enough distance. XD

10:44 I feel this so much. I once got banned from a Minecraft server by the worst admin ever. Basically the server had ranks and you start off with the most basic rank where you can only build in plots. Then you get your builds judged by an admin or the owner and if they think it’s good you get ranked up and then you can build in the normal world. I built this awesome town on the side of a cliff and when I asked the only admin online to judge it he just kept rushing through and ignoring most of the town. I asked him if he could pay more attention to it cause I worked really hard on it and he banned me. The ban reason was “Because you’re so fucking annoying. Go be a pain in the ass somewhere else.” Tried going to the forums but the asshole was watching them and about 5-10 minutes after I posted my ban appeal on the forums, the same admin banned my account and also threatened to ban all my friends. Turns out he got his admin rank because he bought it simply so he’d be able to ban people he didn’t like.

Roll of Cellophane is for when you do baskets, it has nothing to do with wrapping items like a present is a completely different way of doing it but I worked at two places that always has a bunch of people mistaking cellophane for silver wrapping paper so if there are reasons needs for it, it’s just not always used some people just don’t know it because they don’t Get involved in basket auction

i actually had a donation for cancer research on my christmas wishlist i forget how much it was but they ended up doing the donation to a completely different charity then what i wanted that was more based on them and there belief’s then what i wanted in the end i still accepted it cause it was still a donation to a legitimate charity that i am surprised they actually did that much and not just donated to there church or whatever but still kind of annoyed me a little bit and a few months later i ended up just making the donation for the same amount myself to the cancer research

The funny thing is, there is (or was, not sure if it's still valid) a law prohibiting headlights above a certain number of lumens... but only on one color frequency. Once manufacturers figured that out, it was off to the races.
I honestly believe that people with headlights that bright without being on high beams should burn in a special hell, the same one reserved for child molesters and those who talk at the theater.

As the other bell peppers still have some margin to ripen before starting to rott, they don't need the plastic wrap. Some fruits and vegetables emit substances which greatly boost the ripening / rotting of other fruits / vegetables. So the red bell pepper needs the plastic wrap.
Clear wrapping paper, at least here where I live, is usually used to wrap text books for school so that they can last longer and can be inherited, also extra protection is always good since books are so expensive!

About a year and a half ago I ordered a limited edition plush. I paid $235 for it just for my mom to bring it in and think it was a toy for the dog. She sent a picture while I was at school. The head and left leg was ripped off, her msg said; "I liked this one, I wish it lasted longer." I told her it was the 235 dollar plush I bought almost two years ago, she keeps apologizing but I can't forgive her. She knew what it looked like and that morning I accidentally broke her favorite 2$ mug. I think it's payback, a very expensive payback considering I bought her a new heat pad after the dog chewed the cord off the other one.

I get it! It only took ten times seeing those Monk VHS tapes pop up, but I finally understand why. They did that on purpose. It's one of those things that would drive Monk up the wall, really give him a reason to make those faces.
On the clear wrapping part, my brother uses that to wrap his books (some very expensive stuff) so that they last longer. I sometimes do that too, but I would rather buy a plastic notebook jacket that lets you slip it on the notebook easily.
