card tips it does kinda make sense for why a company does have to limit it, because they give 100% of the money to the driver it means that the credit card fee is paid out of pocket (not that relevant to most delivery businesses) but also that its an anonymous payment from one source to another which is PRIME for money laundering.

I found the Japanese quarantine one especially infuriating. Why do so many people in this country think that the job of the government is to suck corporate dick, not help people, when our constitution explicitly says otherwise?
Speaking from experience, yes, people still egg things. My dad's car was randomly egged several times over October of last year. Never figured out who did it or why. All we knew was that we were being targeted specifically, because no one else was being egged anywhere else on the street.
What's worse is on new years eve two kids shot fireworks at my house and 1 1/2 year old dog (I would bring her in but she doesn't like loud noises when she is in her kennel. Can't keep her out of her kennel because she gets too hyper at loud noises) they could of burned my house down or even killed my fucking dog! I don't know the kids, just that they don't live in my neighborhood and was visiting friends. I'm just, I'm done!

After decades of listening to my religious family saying I’m sad because I want to be that way, I’m failing seeing a therapist who doesn’t believe prayer and meditation is the key to my problems. Turns out I’ve been depressed since elementary school. I’m now having to sort out decades of depression and anxiety because my family insisted on “just be happy”. That mantra may be cheap and less effort but now I don’t bother talking to them about anything real as a result.
I was finally able to get a psych evaluation for my patient at the hospital, 70 year old man admitted for several days. As needed Xanax wasn’t helping him so they finally got an SSRI daily. Mood is already improving. It feels good to advocate for people.

A story I have is about 2 girls that sat behind me in Spanish class. I was sitting in another desk working in a group and left my phone in my backpack near the desk I sit at and for some reason these 2 girls thought it was a good idea to not only USE my phone but take OVER 30 SELFIES and they never even apologized!?!?

I once failed to finish my pizza bagel during break, shoved it in my bag, and come lunch I found it sandwiched in the pages of the book I was reading that day. As someone who usually takes meticulous care of their books, I was pretty devastated.

6:10 My former neighbor’s kids after I called the cops on their friend’s brother for sitting in a rusted car with no hubcaps and a window tint darker than the legal tinting parked outside of my other neighbor’s house where their three young daughters were playing outside in the middle of middle class suburbia. It was also just for a suspicious vehicle report too. Also what did they expect? He could’ve just parked in the driveway instead of along the road like that. Had the neighbor’s bratty kids marched down the road with buckets of water and sponges to clean up the mess. They then stole our garbage cans, which we got back. They left town a bit later. Honestly no one in our area liked them. Late night parties with music loud enough to hear across the neighborhood, a dog who tried attacking others, leaving trash in the front yard, nearly setting several houses on fire with illegal fireworks, etc.
My best story is that my mom woke me up from my dream(srry for the disappointment-)
Worst thing is it was a *story* type of dream(think of those games which have those multiple endings based on ur choices) and the plot was getting juicy but then she woke me up. I didn't get a single ending so it was basically a cliffhanger but it will prob never continue

That doordash cancelling your order thing happened to me and I was furious cause I had been waiting for like 30 minutes and everyother restaurant was either closed or about to close.
I mean that makes sense sometimes if it's close to closing they don't want to replace items that might be all out and cancel but if it's really busy and they have to replace stuff they wont. Sometimes though the restaurant, if it's really busy, could prioritize in-person customers and not online orders and cancel it.
How can they cancel your order and still charge you?
If it happened to me, it would be the *last* time I ever ordered anything through them, I'll tell you that......Either give me what I ordered, or a refund! Simple as that! What's supposed to incentivize me to use your services if I wind up with nothing?

My dad works as a manager at a mechanic shop (so he does physical work and computer work) and the keyboard that was given to him was so old and beat up it barely worked anymore (all of their equipment is outdated and old) so I went to his work and gave him my personal keyboard and told him to use it. I swear I've never seen an old man so ecstatic to not have to use all his strength just to press a button on a keyboard. My takeaway from this is that no matter how rich the owner of a workplace is, they'll do what it takes to save an extra few bucks. (Edit: My point is that this was very infuriating for me to see)

That taste collision at 6:13 makes me want to cry. For context: the buns to this shit-sandwich are SWEET doughnut buns (Krapfen in German), covered in powdered sugar. The meat in the middle is VERY SAVORY/SALTY "Leberkäse", a kind of coagulated sausage paste made of, well, meat and liver and a lot of spices.

if it makes anyone feel better, in year 8 i asked to go to the bathroom, and i went but when i closed the door, it got stuck so i shoved it closed, the hinge broke and the door fell off half, but stayed on the last hinge so it was blocking the door. i freaked out and just stared, i couldn't move the door and i was stuck inside the bathroom stall. i heard a senior walk out, look at me, shrug and then walked out. my friend from another class opened her stall to see me locked in my own and just took out her phone and took a photo. they went to the teacher after and they managed to shove the door out of the way, but it turned out all the the commotion it caused, the only people that found out were people i knew.
