- This time we are doing Delicious Butcher Paper Ribs! I season the ribs with my favorite rub...use whatever rib rube you like. After seasoning the ribs I place them on the Pit Boss Austin XL and I have the temperature set to 225°. After about 2 1/2 hours I brush on a light coating of Head Country Honey BBQ sauce and when the internal temperature reaches between 170° and 175° I will wrap these ribs in Butcher Paper. When the Ribs reach 203° internally I remove them from the smoker and let them rest before slicing them.

Right on Charley! I have yet to see ribs in butcher paper. I’m like you. I have a big roll I never use. I’m going to now on your word. Yep. Gotta use the Head Country. Thank you sir.
Thank you, Rob! These ribs turned out fantastic. I purchased the butcher paper to wrap ribs and such with but never did until now, I always used tin foil. I love Head Country BBQ sauce. Give it a try, I believe you will like it.
You got a great deal on this rib! I never tire of watching a rib cook. This was cooked perfectly! I know you enjoyed those ribs! Have a great week my friend!
Thank you, John! Sometimes we can find some good deals on ribs. These ribs turned out really delicious. Have a great week yourself, my friend

These baby back ribs look delicious, Charley! 😋 I'm tossing a rack on tomorrow! I just may have to wrap them in butchers paper, too!👍👍👍
Thanks, Kevin! These ribs turned out very juicy, tender, and delicious! Toss a rack on the grill and let me know when it's time to eat! I like how they turned out using the butcher paper.😋 Have a great week brother!👍
It's time to eat, Charley! I didn't end up using butchers paper, but they sure are delicious!
Sounds great! On my way...lol, I believe either way, butcher paper or tin foil they taste great!
Excellent ribs Charley!! Makes me want to go to the store and cook some tomorrow!!
Thanks, Rob! They tasted fantastic. Have a great day my friend!
Hey Charley those look really good! I've never used butcher paper before, what is your opinion on it? Do you think it's better than foil? I need to give it a try
Thanks, Mike! These ribs turned out fantastic and delicious! The butcher paper worked very well. It soaked up a lot of the juices but left the ribs very juicy and tender. I like both butcher paper and tin foil when doing ribs. If you want to save the rendered juices then I would go with tin foil. But, I believe both work just as well. Give it a try, I believe you would like it.
