We will be baking and smoking Squash And Sausage in the Pit Boss Austin XL Onyx! This is a great-tasting dish and we love it. There is no special recipe, add what you want. I used: Yellow squash, zucchini squash, sweet onion, bell pepper, SPG, chicken broth, and kielbasa. I baked it for about 1 hour at 275°. Again, this recipe is a "makeup as you go"...that way you can make it the way you like....

I smoke a corned beef brisket flat for pastrami and will be using it to make Reuben sandwiches. I got the idea from Malcom Reed's video @howtobbqright channel. I do change the recipe just a bit such as brown sugar to replace the raw sugar. I also cut back on the recipe because the brisket I had was half the size. Need a true wireless meat thermometer? Foil is just what I used at the time. I use both foil and butcher paper and to tell you the truth there isn't any difference in it to me. In foil, the juices will collect in the foil. With paper, it will soak up some of the juices. Either way, it will turn out great. Thank you for stopping by and watching. Have a great day!
