Thank you, Sean! The only difference was I used water instead of dry curing and added three more days to let it cure...I also added coarse black pepper. But, it is basically the same. And it sure turned out really tasty! Thanks for watching and have a great day!

It is easy to make if you can wait while it cures in the fridge for 7 to 10 days...or more. Then smoke it low and slow. Thank you for watching!
