Beginner Charcoal Grilling Tips (No fluid needed)

- Special Grill Sauce (meat tenderizer /flame control)
- 1 12 oz can of beer (Don't worry this will burn off)
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Rest of the bottle fill with water & poke hole in top of bottle.
Use this for keeping your BBQ moist & tenderized. Also, can be used if you kick up flames due to your heat being too high. Happy Grilling Folks!! Be safe out there & Eat good :)

i use a chimney
Interesting method, we like that it is fluid less, we never tried it but from what we've seen please be safe & watch those 🦶toes 🦶when pouring in those 🔥hot coals🔥.
I also use a chimney but it’s NICE to learn different ways to literally a fire!!!!

We sure do @mts982! Every year for Thanksgiving, we smoke a turkey and the family absolutely loves it!
